Sensational parkrun event. Chilled vibes. Quiet focused friendly energy. Best marshal ever yesterday (1/4/23). The sound of crashing waves was a bonus and the guy running in his Speedos who went straight for a dip in the sea afterwards clearly knew what he was doing, I’ll be running with my togs underneath my running shorts next time. Will definitely be back. Thanks to the Kamay parkrun crew. This should be up there with Sydney’s iconic parkruns (if it isn’t already).
