Bought my digital camera here, and I've been coming here regularly to buy and develop film. The staff are friendly and attentive, and have been a huge help as I started using film again.They also have a great range of products :) They have everything I need for my photography needs from UV filters to film scanners.

*Ordered online*These people don't know when the goods will arrive, keep mentioning about the (ETA?) and they tell me to wait forever. The money is paid in advance, there are no updates at all, and the service is a mess.Very disappointed.

Ok.. Lets start.. First Zohar is a great guy and he is very passionate and prepared to every question about everything on the shop. Is like your personal youtuber. Very satisfying to listen to.. I search for months good price on line with headaches...don't do like me...he simple can make better. And I buy my camera s5ii and everything else i can use with(card kit clean eventually filter) .. at 8.50pm..He meet my needs, why we don't have people like him, in every type of shop?!as italian I put heart first... Him too.. We talk about product and at the end about italy, that's it, just go say hello

Been a photographer and then a video producer for over 10 years, seen various stores come and go, and digiDirect are still my go-to store- and where I send my friends who want to buy something - with the right mix of equipment and good feel for the trends in where the industry is going. Don't want to buy something that is superseded really quickly in this fast moving industry.

I never write reviews, but these guys deserve it.All of the staff here are so helpful and super friendly. So happy I purchased my camera here, they had great communication for my back order and were genuinely as excited for me as I was when my camera arrived. They made the whole process really smooth. When I went in, they didn’t have something else I needed in stock, so they ordered it and made sure to ship out the following day. Didn’t skip a beat, just really helpful and know their stuff.
