Online booking was simple. Picked the non busy times. Was in and out in 20 mins.The staff were amazing. The forklift drivers were awesome. So good to watch them in action.Overall a great experience.Thanks guys

We tried to collect our goods from WSI depot in Sydney on 27 October and we were late by 2 minutes and rejected by the gatekeeper even though we tried to ring beforehand that we will be late and the traffic was bad at the time. To make things worse, we had to return the next day and we came back at 7.00am and been OVERCHARGED for storage! WSI charges are ABOVE market price of $60/cbm per day and we were charged over $1000 for 11.3cbm including $100 handling fee++WSI can say they are strict with time, BUT I WOULD SAY THEY ARE UNREASONABLE WITH THEIR SERVICE AND CHARGES, DEFINITELY THEY DON'T PUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEIR PRIORITY. Sorry to say that we will never use their service ever again.

I have upgraded the rating. Services are improved. Fast response. Reasonable price with good service.

Saw how busy they were on reviews so got there at 5 which is opening time and was still about 5th in line. Took a while to get going really only started loading at 6. Staff helpful and forklift drivers careful unlike some depots. Hadn't been here before but was easy to deal with overall. Get there early and have correct paperwork printed out.

They have no express lane, like some other smarter depots for1-4 pallets. I have to wait in the same lane as everyone else picking up 15/16 pallets for full truck load. Costs more money to the consumer because truck is waiting hours in cue to pick up one pallet. You will pay more. Hopefully you see this and get the message and make a positive change. We don’t want trucks being tied up in depots for hours for 1 or 2 pallets as we charge the downtime to the customer. The truck cue goes for about 400metres around the building MAKE AN EXPRESS lane for smaller trucks / vans. I tried to call them to see if they can load me one pallet they said “nope wait in the line like everyone else” is not good enough. Forklift drivers are one of the best I’ve seen,

I do not often write reviews as I am very busy but WSI was very deserving of it. If your delivery schedule to your client matters to you, DO NOT USE WSI.By far the worst carrier we have EVER conducted business within the transport industry. Staff are un-coperative, will not make any adjustments what so ever or provide one off exceptions to unforeseen circumstances.Not even for their largest clients. Only after two and a half hours, were we finally attended to over an email for paperwork that only needed to be printed that we needed for their office.It is what email was created for if I remember correctly but WSI does not see the sense in email being used for delivery for even one off circumstances.Over two pieces of paper which was adamantly refused to print through their email, all clients had to be put through unnecessary inconvenience with phone calls back and forth, inconvenience of drivers and hold ups and this was for one of their largest clients. Absolutely no customer service experience skills what so ever. When they finally decided to print this paperwork, only then was the delivery successful.It was that simple but they refused to do this for us. What a total waste of time thanks to WSI staff and their no common sense approach. Would rather inconvenience their clients and third party carriers for two and half hours to save two minutes on printing two pieces of paper.No business etiquette, no common sense, no customer service skills what so ever. They cant afford to print paperwork. We normally print from home but sometimes customer gives us truckies wrong paper work thus we have to drive our trucks from WSI office to nearest office work to print a single page.. This act makes us lose our place in queue of trucks and adds about 2hours to our wait time on busy day..WSI please charge us money & up to $10 to print a page instead of messing our day ..Iam also keen to donate a printer, years worth of ink supply and electricity cost..WSI ruined my day today.. Get your acts right please WSI Padstow.. Utter ridiculuous.

HiI arrived at WSI at 11.30am on 29/12/20 there was 70 trucks wanting to pick up items from car and trailer to Semi Trailers. WSI can not manage its employees as WSI had 4 forklift drivers to manage its workload. Please tell drivers to put WSI on Hourly if sent there Dave

I was very impressed by the service provided by one the staff, Anthony, who helped us and went above and beyond to help.His manager Michael also helped us with a difficult situation. Thank you guys, I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone.

We are from Bournville Australia ( 23 Cadbury Road Pty Ltd. ) . We would rate this place 5 stars for their services. The people there are very friendly and helpful. Especially , Gerard, Poni And Kiana ( Gatehouse ), they are such kind and happy people . We are new to this and not sure what to do but they guided me carefully and helped me out . Highly recommended.
