Just finished up three treatments over three weeks using the lymphatic drainage compression suits. Arms, hips then legs. I certainly felt relaxed and comfortable in the gear. One goal was to sleep better and wake refreshed after the treatments and I got that from the first one. No more 4am wake ups. I certainly feel better within myself after each treatment. I highly recommend you give this treatment a go.

My Daughter and I recently found this gem of a lady. Her service is professional and is a truly magical experience. I so far have experienced the Aromatouch technique and cannot wait to book in for the other services that Caroline offers. Her treatment room is luxurious, private and peaceful which allows you to just relax and receive. I will definitely be and have already been highly recommending Caroline to my family and friends.After having my third treatment today I have come away once again feeling refreshed, realigned and so grateful for the healing that she provides. This space truly feels like the ultimate self care gift. I had the privilege of receiving an amazing new healing technique through Caroline today after my massage and experienced some powerful shifts that I have been waiting to receive. Her treatments are so beneficial and nothing short of magic, as usual I have come away feeling incredibly blissed out.

I lead a busy life investing my time and energy in my line of work and as an introvert find my energy depleted despite loving what I do. My sessions with Caroline ensures me that I look after myself and I make time to see her to feel I can take that time to centre myself. It make me more grounded and focused for my family and students. The days and week after seeing Caroline is always exciting as new possibilities always show themselves. It's definitely all about thriving and not just surviving.

I've had Access Bars sessions with Caroline before, which are amazing! This time I saw her after an accident, where my body had experienced physical trauma. I was struggling to sit after injuring my tailbone. Caroline was gentle, patient and kind. After my session, I could sit with more comfort, there was less discomfort, my body felt less dense and I was smiling as a result of the relief. Thanks Caroline, please keep sharing your magic with the world.
