Amazing Scan

My wife had a 2D to 5D scan done to find out the gender, she has previously used them before 6 years ago, this time tho the 2D scan was very novice, the 5 D scan showed nothing, funny enough the sonographer could apparently tell her everything in the chaotic scans that are not 1 object apparently they could tell. Needless to say my wife since the last scan does work in agr care with multiple nurses dr and funny enough sonographers, she has asked the drs and other sonographers that are close friends and lead with the same thing, [ 2 D scan is good and well placed bit nothing is in the 5 D no baby no head they are unsure how this sonographer from amazing scans could in detail explain the pictures to my wif3 and mother inlaw as well as couldn't understand how he could figure the gender of our new Bubba. My wife wanted to go to the ombudsman straight away but I declined her too as we are not drs or sonographers but since then we have had 3 drs and 4 sonographers confirm what she believed so I think we will go ahead with this, as during the scan nothing was said to the location of bubba of to the difficulty of this. As soon as my wife questioned it she was shut down with the baby was not sitting right and this made it difficult. Considering we have paid for a product we did not receive which is confirmed by drs and other sonographers I believe we now need to take it further. I would never recommend or use this baby scanning service again.

Isaac is an excellent guy , approachable and professional. He knew what he was doing and he did very unique and exceptional job .

This place should not be carrying out services to the community. I completed my scan on a Sunday, the owner Issac didn't have change so he took the extra $10. Only accepted cash only no receipt no invoice. The scan tool 10 mins I felt rushed out of the room for his next appt. He promised me would take 3 days for the report to my referring clinic He failed to send it by the Wednesday so I had to chase it up. Then received a phone call from Isaac saying he need my refferal he lost it.10 mins later receive another call saying he has found it. I received a nasty email from Isaac saying he refused to send my report because of my negative review which I am now posting a second time due to his threats! This place is unorganised and the service is horrible.

My daughter was so excited for her 3D scan but we where rushed in the door my daughter rushed on the bed and ultrasound would of been lucky to be 5mins we want a gender reveal so I asked for gender to be only given to me my daughters 3D picture is really hard to work out and no time given to even try and get a better picture and I had to ask again for gender on leaving to have it scribbled on back on paper takin from photocopy my machine my daughter won’t complain but I was really let down at this to service and how my daughter was treated and to think my daughter paid $150 for this so sad your reply is not true we don’t care the gender as long as Bub is healthy with 10 fingers and 10 toes is what matters and will love eaither my gender my daughter is 19 weeks we would of know gender next week either way it was the 3D picture my daughter was paying for and something she didn’t get they didn’t even try to get a good picture she was on the bed less than 5 mins it’s all good I just be letting others know save your money or go else where unless you want a rushed throw in throw out service your reply is such a insult to a honest review of the service given

Came across as quite rude when enquiring on Facebook, reading reviews turned me off the service. At the end of the day - no one cares about your Facebook likes.

Isaac is a great man who did his job well and deliver ultrasound service in excellent way … 1000 stars !!!!! This is the only place can tell gender this early and this accurate … you won’t regret to come here .

The baby scanning service was an absolute delight, making our first glimpse of our little one a moment filled with joy and wonder.

Very lovely and professional service. Price is fair and reasonable. Isacc is very patient and responsible. He takes his time to make best possible position for pictures. He answers all kinds of questions patiently and explains everything well step by step. Would highly recommend.

I did my ultrasound last sunday from this place, firstly he asked for the cash payment of 150$ and we gave him. He didn’t gave us any invoice receipt at that time and told us he will send me via email…after chasing him 3-4 days he sent the invoice receipt. Yesterday I went to my doctor nd he said…they didn’t receive the ultrasound report yet..after that my husband call him but he didn’t answered, we sent the message also and he replied i am busy right now. It’s been 5 days now, we haven’t got my reports. It’s the worst place. We already made complaint to the higher authorities.
