Michael and his team worked hard on marketing my property and in this difficult market I had many viewings and ended up with a good sale. He referred me to the best tradespeople and stylist and this supported my sale. Selling your house is a difficult process. This was made easier by Michael and his team. I highly recommend him.

After having lived and owned property on the Lower North Shore for most my life, I have dealt with my fair share of Real Estate Agents... While there may be a negative stereotype we, as the public, associate with Agents, I can gladly say that dealing with Michael Coombs was a refreshing experience. He was always available to me whenever I needed and was completely transparent every step along the way - he and his team made sure to educate me about the process from start to finish and not once did I feel that I was being lead astray. I have now bought from & sold with Michael and can comfortably say that this level of service was present for both processes. Special shoutout to his support team for always having a winning, roll up your sleeves attitude and for going above & beyond for my family and I.

We had a terrible and the most frustrating experience with one of your Property Management Team Leads, Amanda. This happened in April 2022. We had issues with the cleanliness of the property before we moved in, mould around the house and ventilation. She was unresponsive, has tried to avoid the issues and did nothing to resolve the issues nor worked with us to escalate the problems. We ended up moving out within 2 weeks and had to paid for the advertising and letting fees, and removalists.I do not recommend renting via Amanda. If the management sees this review, please get in touch and I am more than happy to provide more details.

I went to inspect a property at Mosman yesterday with my daughter and son-in-law. We'd inspected a different property/agent prior to this inspection and the professionalism of the Atlas team was a stark contrast to the first house. Aleks right off the bat was warm and friendly when requesting our details - it made a huge impression. Daniel, just inside the front door was also extremely friendly and professionally on-point - advising us of the details of the home, answering questions etc. We didn't speak to Adrian but I observed his interactions with other people and I was so impressed that this team represented this house so well for the sellers. Whilst the house itself was beautiful it wasn't suitable for my daughter and her husband, but if anyone out there is looking for a professional agent, I'd strongly recommend having a chat with this team.

We have used Michael before and the best recommendation I can give is that I'd have no hesitation recommending Michael to friends or in using Michael again. Michael and his team, and it is a team of people that you get, were professional and extremely helpful to deal with. They organized the styling and made it a painless experience selling with lots of feedback along the way.

This is the second time that Michael Coombs has sold a property for us and, once again, he did not fail to deliver. Michael is down to earth and personable. He has an outstanding knowledge of the market and his negotiating skills are unmatched. He is direct and frank in his advice. A clear testament to Michael's character is that some other local agents will criticise him for his success, yet you will never hear Michael criticise another agent. He focuses on doing his job and doing it very well. Such is the regard that we have for Michael, and his team, that we consider him to be a friend and someone whom we trust and genuinely enjoy working with. To put it simply, if you are looking for the best, there is no one other than Michael Coombs. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Doesn't deserve one star. Was terrible experience, i had to deal with one of the agent Michael from Epping office. We have no choice but to take the issue to tribunal after my 5 years rental agreement finished.Not recommend.

As an advisor to some of largest corporates, banks and senior investment professionals in Australia, I went through one of the most unprofessional experiences in my life this week. I was looking to buy a particular Cremorne Point property, and conducted 6 visits, had multiple conversations with the Atlas agent and was given multiple assurances including:“we will do everything we can to help you”; “an auction is open and the best process” (3 times); “we will bring the auction forward for you”; “we will keep you appraised of any offers and give you an opportunity”. I then discovered an offer, negotiation and acceptance was conducted behind the scenes with another party in three hours on a Monday morning over a week and a half prior to the scheduled auction date. Despite being in back-to-back meetings at work, and being the over-bidder, our offer was rejected on the basis that the lower offer from the other party was to be “honoured”. I. E. A blind negotiation occurred without an ability for me to bid transparently.This experience was deeply unprofessional and will now be the basis for a widely circulated case study on lack of trust, lack of ethics and lack of professionalism.While agents necessarily represent their client interests, a recognition of the importance of transparency not opacity, authenticity not artificiality and professional depth not unprofessional superficiality will help build the right reputation.I strongly recommend not using this agency.Whilst my experience with this individual agent was beyond poor, we have had previously positive experiences with John Melville, Nick Gittoes and Oliver Stillman.

I would like to compliment Michael and his team on the sensational outcome achieved on the sale of my property. Michael’s team gave exceptional service from the initial meeting, styling advice, prompt admin response to transparent honest meetings and feedback on the property. I worked closely with his team especially Jacqui Wansey who was brilliant, professional and a delight to work with.The best result was certainly achieved.
