Adelaide Roller Door Repairs

Expensive for very little work done and could not explain the justification of the price for 10 mins work aside from the call out fee. (It wasn’t urgent so why a call out fee, I would have thought all his work is out of his office). Basically sprayed some oil around the rollers, changed a light globe and unstuck a lever for $120. Didn’t even remove the cobwebs. That’s more than a GP earns!! Also didn’t like dealing with a woman.He came early when my husband had specifically explained that we would not be available until 10am. There was no negotiating the price until I gave him a bad review and two days later our door isn’t working again!

If I could give this company 6 stars, I would! Absolutely brilliant man! Fixed and repaired the door so quickly but also very thorough in his work. Don't hesitate to call him with any of your roller door issues. Also very cost effective and competitive prices.

EDIT - After writing the review this man called me on my mobile abusing me for writing a review.I call you to enquire and explain the problem if I wanted to learn how to fix I would have tried YOUTUBE, plenty of videos if I wanted! Called someone else who came was extremely professional and fixed the roller door...I have no words to describe how rude this person was on the phone.In times of internet been a main tool for finding services he clearly will not go far. Do not waste your time like the others review say, try elsewhere plenty of small local business happy to support you.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Fast and friendly service

Have been told by multiple people would need to replace my roller door... Called him last minute and he fixed it!! So easy done and quick and no hassles, would 100% recommend him. Amazing job so grateful for his work! The best $180 I have ever spent!

Rollerdoor wire broke and was stuck on an angle. Rang this guy to come out. Said 300 to change both wires. Rocked up late. Told us to lift while he lifted the other side. The wheel came out of the track. He took one look and basically said that he can not fix this today. It's going to need a service. More brackets installed and the cost is now 700+. Then turned around and left without another word. We were left with a roller door we couldnt move. On an angle so had a gap underneath and left to find another person to fix it. Very rude and abrupt.. like alot of other reviews on here have also said. Find someone else

I really don't ever leave reviews at all. I understand things happen and circumstances are out of a lot of our control, however, this wasn't great.Called up about replacing a roller door motor/opener. Luckily, they were able to come out that day to change it over! They gave me the price over the phone and I couldn't believe it! Good price and very speedy!......However, once they arrived, they then had to reschedule the day of installation due to it being too tight. Okay, no worries. I understand that. Things happen, you need extra hands, equipment, whatever. No worries. They also explained it would cost an extra $100 due to how tight it was. Okay, sure, no worries. Now the day of the installation has arrived. They have come here, now just to say they will have to cancel the job due to them not being able to balance it on a ladder?! Why was it going to be balanced on a ladder? They were out and saw the job last week. They knew the scope of the job required and tools that would have been required. They quoted me. They provided me with the time frame and the expectation.Great. A day off of work and lost wages due to planning to have someone come and do the job. If it couldn't be done, then why not tell me last week! They had a look at it last week and have had a week to prepare for it, as per your time frame they gave me!So now I'm stuck here. With a non working roller door still and seething anger. Fix your service.

My mother was very happy with the roller door service and addition of a motor to make the door automatic. He was very friendly, efficient & affordable.

My door's spring was broken. Came same day and told me that as he does not have the spring so he can not fix it. I tried ringing others where most of them told me that I've to replace the whole door some even quoted me $2,800. Couple of days later he told me that he can fix it cause he got the spring now. He came replaced the spring and labour for $380. Working perfect now. Definately recommended.
