Just Cuts

Gemma has been cutting my hair for the past few years. The service is always friendly and I have always been happy with the results. Thanks again.

I had the worst experience today by Krystal. I'm 68 years old. I've been going there since it opened. I wasn't happy with the way I was treated. She actually stood over me calling me a bully and carrying on.I stood there not saying very much. Best not to say anything, just stay calm.It started with me having #3 sides and back and just wanting the top blended in.So it's very short. She was brushing it forward and I said it wore it brushed back. She said it would cost $8 more just to dry it. They normally just blow it when they are blowing loose hair off. I got my own brush from my bag and brushed it how I normally do. She then started putting hairspray on which I didn't want.Anyway she to me to just go and then started abusing me.I went to pay and she's still abusing me .I think she is a absolutely disgusting person and needs to be taught a few lessons.I hope she gets a stern warning from management.

Unfortunately worst haircut I've ever had and I am genuinely confused on how it turned out the way it did. There was clear communication, I told her want I wanted and she repeated it back to me, seemingly on the same page. Keep the length but add more layers and texture. Then she cut off all of my hair. Its almost a pixie cut. She did not keep the length whatsoever and just grabbed all of it bit by bit and hacked into it in weird directions. Didn't even ask what I wanted done with the fringe, just grabbed it with the rest of the hair and again hacked into it so it is all different lengths. I'm completely devastated and this will take weeks to get back to something I feel remotely comfortable with. I've sat with this for over a week, I'm not looking for the refund or anything but this was such a horrible experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone else. So please, enforce that your staff take into careful consideration what is asked of them... this has completely shattered my self confidence.

I had Gem cut my hair today and she did such a lovely job! She made my hair feel fresh and healthy while keeping its length like I wanted ☺️ Thank you!!

My Brother-in-law is visiting from overseas. He came in to here to get a regular cut. He was charged for a style cut when they did zero styling. Scammed him and took advantage of his being a foreigner. Never use this business! For a better cut go to a barber like Barberoy in Coolangatta!

Shelley was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I was asking for, gave some great recommendations, and was willing to make adjustments I asked for. I cannot praise her highly enough. Thank you Shelley, it was lovely to meet you. I’ll be back again. Robyn

I went in asking for a simple styling and cut with a photo to match the style i wanted i gave clear communication about what i wanted yet the hairdresser still messed up and added extra" features that i didn't ask for like a dry and wash

Having had my haircut 4 weeks ago very badly at home, called into just cuts tweed mall, whilst on hols. Lovely stylist Tish spent a long time “fixing” my bad cut. She repaired the irregular lengths and thinned it to a really nice style. Walked away looking great. Only wish I lived local
