Popped in here today following a recommendation from a friend. I needed to get a clasp replaced on a very sentimental necklace. Turns out the existing clasp was fine and needed some adjusting which was completed free of charge while I waited.The ladies here were so friendly and helpful and I will most definately be going back again seeing as the service was faultless. I appreciate their honesty and kindness - will be back again, looks like I've finally found someone I can trust to clean my engagement ring and wedding bands. Thanks!

Needing a repair on an item, I popped into Stearns Showcase Jewellers where I was greeted by very friendly staff. I explained the situation and they told me that the repair could be done by lunchtime the next day. Happy with this information, I left. I went in early the next day and I saw Lyn, who was full of smiles, friendly banter and enthusiasm. She let me know that the repair was done. Earlier than I expected too. I was extremely satisfied and very impressed with the repair and service from Stearns. I will return. Well done to you all!!!

The Staff in the town center store are unprofessional and have the worst customer service skills. They are patronising and arrogant. The staff at the market place are a little better but not by much. Both stores have been unable to suggest any jewellery that fits my personal preferences. When i wish to be left to look myself, than offered pieces i dont like they wont leave you alone and I walk out without buying anything..

Some staff good, some patronising. After spending thousands on jewellery god help you if you forgot you piece of paper to get your free 7 year diamond service. It should be on the computer anyway.

After shopping around at the marketplace, I found that Stearns Showcase Jewellers was the most helpful when it came to choosing my engagement ring. Not only did they know what they were talking about , they also educated my partner and myself and made sure we were able to find the exact diamond we wanted.All the girls were so friendly and had the best customer service.My partner and I couldn't recommend Stearns highly enough and look forward to returning to purchase our wedding bands in the near future.

My partner stopped by the Killians Walk store this afternoon to get her ring size. The staff member was unhelpful, dismissive, condescending, and lacked any semblance of customer service skills. If you enjoy being made to feel insignificant by a bleach blonde cake faced sultana, this is your store. I am in the market for an engagement ring, with a budget of up to 15 grand. I will not be spending it here.

The ladies were so lovely and helpful. They greeted us and made us feel welcome as we entered the store. They also offered to individually gift wrap the gifts which was very appreciated.
