I joined the ladies class and was so surprised at how quick it was before I was doing things I couldn't do when I first started.Choi is an excellent way to get fit and mobile again at any age.I also want to share my observations and experience of the excellent childrens programs they have. If I had the opportunity to join my kids up to Choi when they were little, I would.The instructors are amazing and are 100% passionate about what they teach,I can highly recommend Choi for any age and any fitness level.

I have managed to successfully lose weight and keep it off by training at Choi Kwando.After being sick and tired of being too heavy I changed my diet and started doing more classes at Choi Kwando. The instructors keep me sweating every time and I honestly enjoy it.I recommend Choi Kwando to anyone that wants to feel fitter and healthier.

My family joined the Choi family 4 years ago and have never looked back. We've all grown in confidence, made new friends and learned skills and techniques to defend ourselves. Trainings are heaps of fun and the Instructors are truly awesome. If you're looking for a martial art, for yourself or for your family, this is the one!!

Our son started with the Academy of Choi Kwang Do about 5 weeks ago. It has been absolutely fantastic for him. The trainers are truly great, they know exactly how to interact with the children to get the best from them. It has the perfect mix of fun play time and concentration on their moves. Our son is autistic and it is magical to watch him open up and have so much excitement to attend his classes here. I recommend if you are looking for something for your children, yourself or something to do as a family, look no further.
