Ordered and paid for two products and they only sent one. Have sent 3 emails, all without reply. I have called twice and after multiple transfers on each occasion to different departments, I'm still waiting for my promised a call back... Now 6 weeks later I still have had no reply. I'm always hesitant to leave negative reviews however I have tried numerous times to resolve. Poor communication and poor customer service. I have given up hope of receiving my second product and will need to order elsewhere. Very disappointed, i hope you can improve your business processes and disorganised staffing. Writing this order off as a loss :(

New store location, large and a wide range of products available, 4WD, Boating, RV's caravans & motorhomes, a lot of specials on, staff are helpful and courteous, highly recommend this store.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered a few items but only received 1. Rang them up and notified them. Asked for the remaining items to be express posted as I had already waited 4 weeks, which they agreed to do so. Asked to be emailed in regards to there stuff up and how the would be rectifying the situation. No email no express post. Left waiting another 4+ weeks for the remaining items to turn up. Absolute joke!!!

Good range of product but staff quite rude. I used click and collect for a nav light and lets say i wont be back in a hurry.The service is always remembered before the product.
