Big Wheels Truck Alignment

I was quoted $660 for just getting a roadworthy inspection, not any work done as I will do myself and they changed an extra $480 plus GST on top. I wouldn't trust anything they say or do.Not bad for a few hours work and a truck that has only done 16,000km and is as good as newNeedless to say I am taking them to Vcat.

friendly staff.i took my mini bus to big wheels for a wheel alignment, they told me they couldn't finish the job because there was severe play in 2 ball joints. i thought, thats strange the bus was inspected just before i bought it and it hasn't traveled far in that time, so i took it home, took the front wheel off and checked the ball joints myself. they were fine, maybe i heard wrong and they were talking about the other side, so other front wheel off checked ball joints, they were fine also. ok the bus is going for a roadworthy in a couple of days at a different mechanic ill get a second opinion. bus goes in, they find some other things, i fix them, bus goes in for second check and passes roadworthy. i get all the paperwork, then i ask about the condition of the ball joints, they said they are fine, so i ask did they show any sign of ware at all, no"

These guys are fantastic. Had to get an urgent wheel alignment done on our van and they squeezed us in between other jobs. Great knowledge and helpful advice as well. Can definitely recommend these Big Wheels at Pakenham.

Big wheels, Pakenham done the Roadworthy on my truck. when I went to pick up my truck they asked me double of what i was quoted.And then I realised the next day that they left open some of the parts on the truck. I'm not happy with their service and it will be really hard to trust them again.
