We arrived at 7:30 on Saturday night for dinner, only to be told, we are out of parmas" but can do the other chicken meals on the menu. We proceeded and 3 of us ordered Steaks. Medium rare and rare but all 3 came out well done

Good classic Aussie breakfast!I love how perfect my classic avo, egg on toast is done. My partner had the big breakfast option which has a lot of options on his plate like sausages, bacon, musrhroom, hash brown, tomato and spinach.Coffee tastes really good too.Customer service is amazing too. My son was given extra mallows for his hot choco and some choco candies as well.

Today the food was very dissapointing. Spent $68 . Tiny serve of calamari, the pasta was small and very oily as you can see in the picture, tiny amount of chips and the pork burger was oily and had hardly any meat as it was mostly fat. We have been going here a bit and it's been off and on, service is friendly but the food is dissapointing and today topped it off. Will have to find some where else local.

Overall a nice dinner experience, family friendly and affordable but plenty of room for improvements.Our tomahawk steak was perhaps containing more fat then my liking, but still enjoyable. However it was the finer details that were lacking; for such a giant portion of meat, it came with such a tiny amount of sauce. Extra sauce was $2 which I’m happy to pay, but the sauces itself weren’t that great and watery. The salad was oozing with oil and I’m confused that being as a side dish, why it didn’t come with its own bowl (like the chips). The chips were average and lacked any seasoning.The service is mixed. While most were attentive, their was one poor lady working on her first night that seemed lost, helpless and in my opinion lacked training. Totally understandable being new to the job, but what disappointed me was the lack of help given to her by her colleagues.

They changed menu’s prices have gone up and honestly quality has dropped! I Had fat chef burger no flavour all I can taste it chard grill taste. The pork belly dry. I was a local customer but don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon

The meals were tasty, the price is a bit expensive for that quality of the food. The staff was very friendly and had great service. The bonus was that didn't wait long for food to arrive. Also, they have live music that’s fantastic.

The chips were perfect and my bacon and egg roll was delicious. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly. The coke no sugar tasted extremely funny and none of us wanted to drink it. There was plenty of seating when we arrive at 11am which was a nice surprise. The coffee was good and no complaints there!

First time dining in today wasn’t sure what to expect as previous reviews were so mixed and matched. Today this was our experience…We had a group of thirteen people comprised of kids and adults. As soon as we walked in the door straight off the bat we were greeted with smiles and hellos. We were automatically taken to our booked table. The menu was so diverse and appetising it made the options very difficult to select. Eventually orders were made. The food didn’t take long to arrive. The quality and taste were amazing - compliments to the chefs. The portions justified the price definitely. The desserts were fantastic. Fresh and tasty (again big portions) gave our dining experience the perfect finishing touch. Great services were consistent throughout. Fat Chef restaurant is without a doubt a highly recommended place to dine in. Can’t wait to go back. See you guys again soon. Cheers!
