T-Cat Charters
We had an awesome day fishing on Boxing Day 2019! My family (Including Grandma and 2 kids) had such a great time. We all caught a variety of fish and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The guys were patient, hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend! 2 hours for kids is just the right amount of time. Remember to dress for cooler breezes on the water.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! First time on a Charter and the weather was perfect. Did a company group activity and caught plenty of snappers, a few gummy sharks and even a sting ray (which we released) !! I'm told its not always the case to catch so many but we were very lucky. The staff were great and very down to earth. I highly recommend this experience.

Was a great service, unfortunately new owner lacks the passion. Boat in poor condition, overloaded, owner barking at clientele and obviously couldn't wait to get back into shore, and lost my fish (I think he gave it to another family). Fishing conditions were perfect that day but listening to the owner rant and rave all day left me with a poor experience. Hope he fixes his boat.

Our group had a fabulous experience on the T-Cat Charter. We went on the half day excursion and caught 25 red snapper, some small shark & many other sea creatures (which we threw back in to swim another day)! The pistine conditions on Western Port Bay were a huge bonus. Highly recommend Jason and his crew. We were (more or less) novice level, they taugh us how to fish and we had so much fun doing it. Looking to book another adventure with T-Cat; this time taking the kids.

Had a really fun session on Monday catching plenty of small but keepable flatties, a few elephants and a fair catch of KG whiting (14 ranging 28cm to 40cm).Dave is a good host and was very amenable. I prefer fishing on the smaller T-Cat boat and I've now been out 4 times with the T-Cat crew.You cant always get a bag out session guys - it is fishing after all! But Dave keeps on the move, he wont let you sit soaking baits if the fish aren't on where you drop anchor.

We drove an hour and half to go on this charter, to find out that it was cancelled. Apparently he didn’t have our number to call to let us know. He’s spoken to my husband quite a few times and even the night before. Really really disappointing & very very unprofessional.

Don’t even waste your time or money.New owner has taken over and has no clue. I called to confirm if it would be safe for our family, he assured us everything was fine.No safety vest for the children, I had to ask for it.Smoking on the boat, no burley, hooks flapping about in very choppy waters.Very unprofessional made no attempt to care for our safety.He definitely cared more about collecting money.

Great day of fishing for a good price. Dave and Jacko were great hosts and we went to multiple locations in the bay. Be sure to bring your sunscreen and snacks for the five hour trip.

Poor communication leading up to the charter. Had to ring several times to ensure it was still going ahead.When on the charter it was more of a wing it method then going out with a plan. The gear used was not suitable to the target, heavy line with a small shank and fishing in 14m in the channel then still using the same gear when attempting for whiting in around 6m. Would not recommend when there is multiple charters on the island.

Went fishing with this guy..... lol we have 2 children under 5, no life vests of directions as to where they are if anywhere? Had to ask for a rod for my son as a party of 4 my daughter never got a rod the whole 5 hour trip, toilet didn't work . The owner seemed to be more interested in fishing himself than the clients, charges $80 for kids even under 5.Would recommend this charter for people you don't like....and didn't catch a thing either... 5 hours and $360 cash I will never see again.
