Very happy with the excellent service provided by Freda at spencer st outlet today. She was polite and helpful, without being pushy or rude. She showed great knowledge of her stock and was able to offer suggestions of what she thought would suit my mothers shape, which helped her find 3 fabulous dresses that are all perfect for her. Yesterday mum & I visited Moorrabbin DFO & went into Tirelli store. Mum's visiting from interstate. She struggles to find clothes but the sales assistant (Fidda) was awesome. She helped mum find a variety of clothes that made her feel special. My mum wore one of her Tirelli clothes last night & she said she felt so happy & received many nice compliments she wanted me to write a thank you note. So thank you to the friendly & patient sales assistant with her genuine smile and honesty and to Tirelli for the quality clothes.

Had an amazing experience at Tirelli today. Salesperson,Christina was so friendly and helpful. I bought a beautiful khaki swing coat that I thought I would have to wait until winter for. Absolutely love Tirelli.All their garments are comfortable and stylish. Love the Colour range too
