We are about to to a bathroom Reno, total make over. Experience at Everton Park Pickering St store was a waste of time. The young female staff has no idea of products, could not offer advice and wasted our time. The young guy there is polite, but seems more interested in flexing his muscles for the young girl than dealING with customers, a clock watcher. Left EP Store frustrated, never going back. We went to Geebung Reece and Rosemarie could not do enough for use. She is knowledgeable, pleasant and offered great advice on items on toilets, vanities and showers.UPDATE..1 year on, Reno’s done, looks great. Still no reply from Reece Plumbing Everton Park. I think this may be a reflection of their customer service. We are now glad we used other sources.

Young trainee was quick and pleasant but not confident ( something we both needed to proceed with any sort of sale) . She wanted me to wait for Sarah, the toilet guru who was serving someone else, and I did that. As soon as Sarah was free she whizzed over and told her I was waiting and what I needed. Sarah gave her some generic info about universal traps and measurements and brushed her off and walked past me to serve someone else who came in well after me. The young lady was struggling with my request and after waiting for some time I should have been the priority. Left , went elsewhere and got sorted but a huge waste of time going there.

Staff OK but products VERY inferior.* Phoenix taps rusted up after less than 6 months* Their recommended bathroom vanity badly designed - spills water* Cheap and nasty laundry tub has no overflow and plastic pipe supplied with it full of holes.Suggest look elsewhere for better quality.

The staff at Enoggera really know their stuff! The showroom has a great range of products on display and options to suit every budget. We have a high confidence shopping with Reece Enoggera! The Showroom team are so friendly and made my whole selection process super easy!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They had to order in a part for me and arranged to go and pick it up themselves from a nearby store. I am completely happy with my entire experience there, even talking me through how I could replace a tap fitting myself, so that I oiled be able to avoid the expense of a plumber. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in the building industry!Quick to return calls, engaged in the building project with cost saving suggestions and most importantly great after care service! Visited Reece's trade counter today and within 2 seconds of showing the female staff member my photo, she had identified the part and an easy fix (something others had not been able to do since I started my quest 2 months ago!). Thank you Reece Enoggerra - you guys know your stuff.

Not a great experience at Reece Enoggera, from sales staff and management. Both failed to deliver quality customer service. We were quoted a price for a product and when we went to pick it up the price had increased 5%. Ordinarily the lesser price is applicable when a written quote has been provided to a customer, but we were not told this at the time of quotation by the inexperienced sales assistant despite saying we would not be into order and pay for item for about 1 month. We pleaded our case to the manager because a decent manager would not lose a sale over 5% especially given the circumstances. The purchase was not made. The good people at Reece North Lakes did honour a 3 month old quote and did not pass on the price rise. They made the sale.

After no end of issues with the plumbing in our new house, I headed off to Reece Plumbing for some peanut buttercups. Whilst being confused on arrival as to why they didnt have any, I was pleasently surprised by the awsome customer service and the assistance they provided with some of my plumbing issues.Bunnings might rhyme with plumbings but when it comes down to fixing your leaks at 8pm or 8am the next morning, I'd suggest you wait to go see the professionals. Thanks heaps peeps!Here's one task completed. Now to finish off the rest.

Trade staff were very helpful. It’s more expensive than Bunnings but 100% better quality
