Quiet and convenient. Well stocked shelves, friendly and helpful staff.Seems to be a JP regularly too.

We took our granchild here and he had a great time in the kids section. Very well organised and very friendly people. The staff are fantastic, one of the ladies helped me set up my ebooks. Great place for all the family.

Great parking spot for shopping across the road.

Physically beautiful, great outdoor area, where one day there was a petting zoo for kids, large kids section, bright helpful staff, one of the best libraries I have been in. Good selection of books, and you can request they buy a book you want that they don’t have. Large study area. Over the side road from the shops, so we’ll located. Parking space at side. All in all a great local library.

Quieter that a lot of the other local public libraries. Which is a rarity these days!

Staff are wonderful. Always helpful and professional no matter how busy they are. The Library does so much more than lend books (printing and photocopying, author speaker evenings, guest information sessions, pre school story time, computer literacy...etc) and the staff are on top of all of it.

The notion that libraries are supposed to be a quiet place to work is not something Kincumber is aware of.Easily the worst experience in a library.Kids using it as an indoor play centre and literally running around screaming (not just toddlers either, grown kids)… multiple people were trying to work and study but were constantly interrupted by children who have zero discipline and mothers who use the space as a place to socialize.The librarian didn’t ask them to leave or be quiet. Just explained to me that this is something they do on certain days… I asked when it was due to stop and she said 10.30/11. But there were still kids running around at 11.30.I (and 3 other people who I didn’t know) just packed up and left… erina library is a much better option if anyone is looking for a quiet place to work.

Nice little place to hire some books. I feel it's just lacking more seating options to just go down there to do some study
