double check your receipt and ask prices especially the ones without any labels. I made the mistake Didn’t check drove off and when i checked i was charged extra so be careful. Otherwise they do have wide range of products.

Almost every visit I get over charged. Extra items or higher quantities. If you spend $80-90 there will be an over charge on your bill of $15-20. Today I was over charged $3.77 on a $22 bill. I appreciate their range of products but I am now going elsewhere because these guys are not honest or honourable people.

Be careful guys, too many fraud Shops in Lakemba, I have been overcharged many times by Big Fresh, Sana, Ali Supermarket and many other shops as I always double check receipts and ask them to re calculate. They deliberately do not mention item names in the receipts. either employees are stealing money from customers or the owners are also involved. Do not get fooled by their sweet talks and do not ignore to check how much they charged you.time to boycott these type of businesses who do not provide detailed information in invoices. Will be taking to matters to appropriate authority.99% of shops in Lakemba doesn’t mention item name, price, kg, etc in the receiptWe are Muslims and We are doing these kind of things!!!!!. May Allah give them hidaya. End times.

The worst customer service. I felt like I were not in Australia, you can not find this type of rude and bad customer service anywhere in Australia. They do not even know how to talk to a customer politely and professionally. They do not have a little bit of manner, specially the tall muscle guy. I asked his name to make complain but he refused to give. I did see him the other day in a pizza shop next door. Never going back to them.

Always they charged extra, because most things is not level. Also invoice not mentioned any products name, you can see only prices. It’s really hard to find out the products price.Otherwise their collection range is high.Be careful!!! Dozzy business.

Fruits and vegetables are fresh and fair price but in staff there is fatty tall man very rude and most of the time charged me over price.One of my other friend had same issue be careful if you been served by that person double check the price he charged you with labeled price. Thanks

One star I give to this place I’m sorry but the manager of this store need to do a group meeting and teach their staff how to treat their customers few times I’ve been here their staff don’t even know how to serve their customers properly and showing me wrong location of what I am looking for also English isn’t their first language so if your a short tempered person better not shop here teach your staff proper knowledge of customer service and the cashiers need to gain more knowledge also in dealing with customers won’t shop here one out of five to your storeTo the owner that’s telling me to remove excuse me but why don’t you have proper customer service first and no I won’t remove this it’ll stay to show how your store is and your staff how their customer service is , to open a store is very simple to manage it and to address to your fellow employees is a big step so nah .. one star .

I was their one of the regular customer, buying from them from last 4 years or so. Bought a 10kg bag of onion, it’s looked average from outside. Took it home and open it, we discovered that at least 2kg rotten inside, so I took it back to them. They said as I opened that they can’t sale it anymore, and they’re not going to refund. But their both south Indian employees were so rude, look like I did a crime. And than a Lebanese guy came and was polite but still Said the same things. The south Asian guy came back and start again. I felt so bad, I left the onion at the floor, and left. They asked me not going back. I will not, not worried about $18, as an international student that’s how we earn in a hour. If Allah is watching this you guys will pay for this.

I did see the extra gum has alcohol and i told them about i went again another time saw them selling it still i stopped going to the shop me and my family and everyone i know stopped going there.
