Always the cheapest fuel in pakenham. If it wasn't I would go elsewhere. Supply clean cheap fuel and you will always have customers.

Fake pizza's. They have sold me pizza on 3 occasions and refused to sell them atleast 4 times, but only made it once. They claim machine is broken or there missing things or they don't have enough time or they don't want to turn it back on. They also make up the price for the pizza on the go and never honer there deal they have advertised on the front window to include a free drink without being told that is the price .

Fuel prices here are always the most competitive in the area. It is a reasonably large station with lots of bowsers. The store has an IGA Xpress in it which is convenient but a bit pricey. The staff are nice and friendly.

Be extremely careful if you hold a motorpass card. As you pull up to the bowser, there is a sign to say fleet cards are not accepted but motorpass cards are. I filled up and went inside to pay with my motorpass card. He swiped the card, entered the $ value and pushed it to me to enter my pin - I said you need the kms and he said no you put that in at the end. As I don't have a pin on my card I pushed enter and it declined saying incorrect pin. We tried this 4 times and it didn't work. I kept trying to explain normally, at every single other service station the card is swiped, attendant asks the kms, hands me a receipt and I sign. The attendant and his manager I assume were not having a bar of this and kept saying no you've got it wrong and I had to pay myself. I rang my fleet company who confirmed there is absolutely nothing wrong with my card.

Great pump price for fuel, but beware in-store purchases.Hot food price tags range from $2.50 to $3.50 on the pie warmer. I grabbed a pie, opened it to add sauce, went to pay for it and it scanned at $4.60 (wasn't even that great, dry crust, etc).Always check price before you pay! You might be in for a nasty surprise.
