Excellent customer service.

recently (past few months) staff have become ruder and ruder as you enter the store, especially as a young teenager they assume you have bad intentions walking inside. The staff are arrogant and rude you could spend 20 minutes in there and only receive dirty looks rather than a hello. Wont be going back anytime soon.

Staff here are incredibly rude! Got accused of shop lifting and forced to shake my towel and barely had an apology, they then continued to watch me like a hawk (with me doing nothing to create suspicion in the slightest) and were just overall very rude. Never felt so uncomfortable shopping in my life!

today, 14th of November, my friends and i visited Godess Noosa for a quick browse. we wanted to have a quick look at all their beautiful things yet our shopping was disrupted by 2 arrogant workers. both workers ASSUMED we had bad intentions and began following us continuously throughout the store every step of the way. my friends and i were simply just looking at their beautiful jewellery when a worker informed the other worker saying “make sure to keep stock take of everything”, making it very clear they were directing it towards us. we found this extremely rude as they just ASSUMED we had bad intentions. they continued to follow us whilst on our shopping trip making us feel unwanted in the store and uncomfortable. purely, we all just wanted to enjoy our day after school and browse a very beautiful store, but got interrupted during our trip. not to mention their items are not priced well considering the service, will not be returning. i didn’t even want to give this one star, but i had no choice. we live in noosa, we aren’t broke.

Bought a few shorts for my elderly mother online and they are not suitable . Spoke to head office and they refuse to Gove me a refund … only a store credit that is not suitableNot ok !!!Will not take a store credit as we live in Melbourne and will never shop here againStrongly suggest you try before you buy in this shop !!!
