This is a no star rating... Picked up a tommy hilfiger knit long shirt had $25 on the tag when I picked it up. Went to try on and noticed the tag had come off while browsing. I wasn't going to pick it up due to that price but I like the colour and style so I did. Asked for price again and they had put $50 on due to label. I explained it had the tag but the workers just told me to go find the tag and lied about finding its tag on the floor o f the shop. Will not return. The price gauging for second hand here is revolting and disgusting.Also the last time I shopped here I was ripped off. I bought three ladies items while they had a buy 2 1 free on ladies clothing, but the cashier put them through as men.

Good shop big variety but it's very over priced, out of all the one world shops I've been too this one is the worst. Would of got alot more for the kids if the prices were reasonable

Will not be shopping here again this guy who owns this van took photos of my daughter and threatened my elderly mother all because we were grabbing some boxes out the bin.

Lovely service and well maintained store. My son said this was his favourite out of them all locally.

Myself and my partner googled op shops near us on the 15th October 2022 (Saturday) and this one popped up, Google said they closed at 5:00PM we managed and planned our day based on that and it was the only reason we came here. Upon arrival at 3:50PM the staff let us know that they will be closing in 10 minutes. Upon going to the counter to pay my partner spoke to the manger about the website saying 5:00PM and she had a go at him about how they definitely close at 4:00PM and it shouldn’t be saying 5:00PM and my partner said “Well it needs to be changed because we worked our day around coming here”. While our items were being checked out the manager got on her phone on the spot and changed it right there and then as my partner got on his phone at the same time and checked and sure enough the closing time was changed on the spot making us look like liars, no apology from the manager regarding the confusion and mix up and didn’t even offer us to stay a little bit longer due to the error. Very unprofessional and extremely rude.During our short visit we browsed clothes, handbags, wallets, crockery and ornaments. The women’s shirts are extremely overpriced for second hand, the women’s handbags were not even branded, were not leather, nothing special about them and had ridiculous prices of $10.00-$30.00 each and they were very well used and tiered. The women’s wallets were extremely expensive given they were also very well used and tired at $4.00 each for a small wallet. The crockery and ornaments were extremely expensive for what they were. The only reasonable price we found was a collectible spoon for $1.00It’s really not good enough I’m sorry. I understand that this charity store needs to make as much money as possible to help charities but for a charity store where they are supposed to help people in need of clothing they cannot afford, this is not appeasing and it is quite disappointing and heartbreaking to see to be honest with you. Let’s be realistic here you are not going to have customers come back here to buy when you are rude to them, that’s the bitter poison you need to swallow and acknowledge and make changes.Overall, the store was well spaced out, plenty of room to wonder, the store was clean.The store could use some fragrances such as candles or diffusers going in the background to give the store a more appealing aroma to attract and keep buyers in store longer. Just a personal suggestion.

Today while in your store I witnessed a disabled man asking for a reduction in price for an item that was clearly an assistance item for someone with a disability. The price of the item was $100. The lady behind the counter called the manager who stated the lowest they would go was $60. The disabled man was clearly upset and asked if the lady would take his name and number in case it didn’t sell and they could make it cheaper. How disgusting! This item that you arbitrarily priced at $100 is something you received for free! If I was able I would have purchased it for the gentleman but we are all doing it tough. I suggest you call that number and tell the gentleman he can have the item for free! Shame on you
