Recruitment Select

Having used other agencies in regional Victoria before, for employment, I can say that Recruitment Select has been the best. From when I first enquired and sent in my Resume, right up until now in my current role, Max and the team in Shepparton have been so friendly, helpful and full of advice!

Applied for a lot of jobs through this company and never got so much as a call. Applied for a job that another recruitment agency had as well as this company and within three days I had the position. Either lazy or incompetent.

A certain Jenny called us for a job. Then she gave the job to someone else and said she doesn't have any other job. After that, the job was available again (it was actually a different job), so she told us to come in Shepparton for 5 days (we were 3 hours away). We changed our plans and refused other opportunities to come at the Shepparton's agency. Then the job was only 3 days instead of 5. Monday morning she anounced that 'the job has been cancelled and I couldn't reach you'. Although she had our phone number ! So we passed the white card, change our plans, drove 3 hours, take some accomodation in Shepparton just to hear from Jenny that 'it is how casual jobs works'. Please stay professional and keep in mind that people are not living for job agencies.
