17,000km into our 32,000km charity world bicycle tandem tour our aluminium frame snapped. We have visited countless frame builders and welding companies in both Singapore and Perth for help but without any positive responses. From the minute we met Rob we knew we were in good hands and RNA would do everything possible to help us out and get us back on the road.We have just collected the frame. It looks more solid than the original and we are confident the weld completed by Bob will see us the remaining 15,000km back to Scotland.Professional, friendly and helpful... I would recommend the RNA team without hilesitation every time
