I knew John was the one right from the begining. We didn't even look at any other photographers. Booked a meeting and the rest was history. Our kids loved him, he is very professional and easy to get along with. Communication along the way was a breeze and the final products were breathtaking and we received the album very quickly. The gift that keeps on giving.It’s been 10 years in just over a month since John photographed our wedding. John is an absolute treasure of a human. We arranged for John to shoot our (ultimately very delayed covid wedding) but were so taken aback with his talent and charisma when we met him that our friends instantly booked him as well for their big day. We spent lots of time with John at both our friends and our wedding and he has the most incredible personality which brings out love and laughter in yourself that ultimately gets to shine through in John's photos. We are horribly unphotogenic people and hate the idea of posing for photos but John made us feel comfortable from start to finish and we're astounded with the end result, he can work miracles! John Laham was our wedding photographer in January 2022, attending our wedding ceremony, photos in the bushland and on the beach in northern Sydney, then our reception. John has an innate ability to put people at ease and make them laugh, and caught some superb images of the wedding party and guests. John is quick at catching the moment, so does not interrupt the natural flow of the day. He assisted in making the day lots of fun! We loved having John as our wedding photographer. He is incredibly talented and has an uncanny skill to capture all the magic and special moments of the day. His photos all had a sense of warmth and energy to them and we are so incredibly happy with the result. One thing we didn't expect was just how much John becomes part of the day. Amazing service.... before, during and after. Not only is John's work exceptional, unique and everything of the highest quality, he understood our needs and gave an experience we could ever forget. After our wedding John invited us to view our photos. He spent a whole day with us, treated us like VIP guests and helped us create our dream wedding album. The best investment made for our entire wedding was choosing the best photographer.

I can’t even begin to describe how happy we are with John and our wedding photos. Beyond just being a photographer he is an incredible person to deal with. Honest, fun and so easy to talk to. John is a man of extraordinary talent, kindness and caring. It was such a pleasure to work with John throughout the wedding planning process. He went above and beyond in the lead up to the wedding to make us feel cared for and special, and we knew we were in good hands. When choosing a photographer we first looked at portfolios of ten recommended photographers and John's candid photography immediately leapt out from the others. He had captured the funny and emotional moments and created the genuine feel of a wedding.John cooperated with our other vendors and wedding theme in the lead up. On our wedding day he arrived early and spared no attention to detail during the brides' party preparations, the ceremony and reception. John shot our wedding in mid Feb, 2023. We had quite a few last minute changes...added video, changed times etc. John was very patient and accomodating. John's sense of humour amongst the caos created such a positive vibe for the photos session. John had the everything ready to download within a week and the photos were fantastic. We highly recommend John!
