Congratulations to the team at Q Ford - especially salesperson James and Business Manager Clay - on a patient and professional transaction. My purchase was subject to the private sale of a current vehicle which is usually a big open ended question for dealerships however the guys at Q Ford were happy to hold me the Ford Ranger Sport while I did so where many other dealerships most likely wouldn't (from my experience in the industry) especially with it being a high demand vehicle.Handover was smooth and several re-appointments that had to be made while we were waiting on my car's buyer's broker to finalise everything were comfortably handled and even a last minute change to pick up on the day with an expedited handover process was accommodated (had to duck out quickly from work).Great process, great team, great car.
