The cars are good, the staff are good, but Honda has a new arrogant policy of fixed (expensive) prices . The dealers have no ability to bargain or give a good deal. This leads to an arrogant sort of we are a monopoly on take it or leave it) attitude and makes buying a car a not very pleasant experience. If I could have found another brand of car that suited what I wanted I would have gone somewhere else. I should try to make more clear

Avoid the service department at any cost. They will intentionally cause issues in your car (something related to Ecu) to make you keep coming back! Their staff specially Chris is expert in manipulating you to make you keep paying after THEY intentionally cause Machanical issue in your car. They made my life hell for 6 months and I have all the papers to sue them however I wish to do it in a way to shut their service station. If something like this happened to you please contact me so we can sue them with big numbers... They have a tow truck outside the service station at least once a month so I am sure I am not their only victom.

If I could rate this a 0 out of 5 stars I would, and I strongly recommend people not to go here. People here are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been sworn at as well as taken my credit card from my purse to be use to pay for a service. Literally. The person working in service area took my card out of my purse and tapped it. Did not even ask before hand.Please just save yourself the trouble and do not go here. The Service here is terrible and they do not take into consideration what you say and completely ignore it.Don’t even bother coming here.

Yet again disappointed with Formula Honda Modbury. Recently had my car serviced there and on Friday late afternoon the car refused to run, screaming alerts, would start and then stall, park lights refused to turn off, no power steering and no central locking. RAA came out and tried to fix it, said to get it to a dealer as he couldn’t fix it. Rang Modbury Honda on Saturday and was told bring it down on Tuesday and they would look at it. Organised a tow truck Tuesday morning. Tried to call Modbury service and sales department a number of times and no luck. Finally they answered and told me nothing could be done until next week as prior service bookings have preference. Sure, I always plan my emergency breakdowns in my cars well ahead of time and at the most convenient moments. They remained inflexible. Directed me to Formula Honda Glen Osmond who were far more helpful and understanding. I may have to organise my regular services elsewhere. So very disappointed with the customer service.

One of the worst dealership with worst service experience people. I took brand new CRV for some clicking noise, first they made me sign a document stating that it might come as service cost of $400 if no fault found with under warranty. I did explain them I never took this car for 4wd or anything.. Anyways after keeping the car for whole day they said they have requested Honda Australia to send them some kind of tool to tight one bolt in the car. 6month later when I called they are still waiting and we are dealing with brand new Honda CRV... Finally end up making complaint with Honda Australian regarding handling this issue by Formula Honda.If I have a Choice I would never visit this showroom again. This is our 3rd Honda car in a row and been driving Honda over 8yrs now. I guess this relation has come to an end and will looking forward to other brands who actually take customer service one little serious level.

Just 2 stars for the customer service of the organisation. It appeared to me that the person who served me does not have any interest at all and looked sleepy from my observation.And about the cars, they are low price cars, but have to change a lot due to the competitive market around them such as Toyota and Mazda now have active display and Honda still does not know what that is on premium cars such as CRV.I do like Honda and trust it due to their engineering technology. Hope you produce the quality in both staff and cars in future. Will return if this are much more improved.

I bought my Honda CRV from Dave Porter Honda in 2013 and when they closed, I have no option but to go to Formula Honda. My recent experience at Modbury centre was one that I wish to forget. I hope someone in Honda will be able to advice me how to avoid this situation again:My CRV is hardly used it has only done 59,000km. I have been doing annual service with Dave Porter and my log book for 90000km service is the next one to be done. However when I brought my car in for the service in the morning of 24/01/23 I was told that I will be contacted if there are additional items to be done.When I pick up my car that evening, I found only a general service was completed. The staff then high lighted items in the Tax invoice of additional items - Air filter, ATF, Brake fluid, Coolant, DPSF, Fuel filter, Pollen filter - that require replacing, which they claimed I had declined? (I do not remember declining these items when I booked nor when I brought my car in for the service). When asked why I was not contacted about it, the staff said we were too busy"!!The staff could not assure me that it will not be an issue
