The collection here is so easy. Good parking, easy to find and this post office actually caters for those who work either full time or part time and can't make it to the post office by 5pm (it's open till 7pm which is honestly so helpful). The staff are also lovely.

No text no call, no card, status of my parcel changed from arrived at facility to awaiting collection within 2 minutes, they didn't even try to come and deliver it, waited all day for this parcel, customer service said I need to put business name in on my address, while I have been using the same address for past weeks for all my online shopping to my own office and they never failed once to delivered it, it is absolutely a drag to try to cover the laziness, this post office 25 minutes away from my home and nobody is allow to leave work to pick up a parcel, good job for absolutely nothing guys.

I picked my parcel up last Friday when everything lock down.But stuff still waited here and offer service ,which made me surprise.the stuff was so nice and very helpful.

Original review was 1 star - I got an alert to say parcel is ready for collection from Bentley DC, with no contact number or store opening hours. I try and find out the counter opening times (not the lockers) and nothing is on their webpage and Google only references their lockers. So I tried calling through. I waited 12 minutes before hanging up. I guess I'll just drive all the way there and hope for the best"Updated review 5 stars. Very quick and friendly. Opening hours attached to this review :-)"

They open to 7 pm, don't like google map says 24 hours, though they have 24 hours services, boxes for hire.

Driver didn't even attempt delivery, I know I was home all day.Driver left a card to pick up the parcel from my local post office. I went the same day, it was never taken there, driver took it to the Bentley DC.

Had a complaint regarding my delivery or lack thereof, and a young woman named Dana helped me out. She is a credit to Australia Post. Polite , understanding and very professional. Well done Dana.
