UESLESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!Moved from Canberra to Brisbane and had nothing but issues and stress with this revivalist company.Firstly I was under quoted for the detailed list I have. Therefore the cost was doubled.They were an hour late.Then, when they left, I was told they would in Brisbane that evening (Tuesday) and to call the office to arrange a delivery time for delivery Wednesday morning.I called the office at 9:30am and they said would have to ring the truck and they would get back to me. They didn't. I called again, same answer.I called a third time and said I want an answer as I need to arrange someone to meet the truck as I won't be there until that afternoon.I finally got an answer - they will be there at 9am the following the morning.I arrange to have a someone meet the truck at 9am the next morning. When I rang to confirm their name and was told it would be there 3pm, not 9am. I haven't cancel this person, costing me a cancellation fee.I arrived in Brisbane at lunch time, and ensure I was at the house to receive the delivery. 3pm came and went. I called at 3:30pm, they said they will get back to me. They never did.I called again at 4:15pm, they said they were on the south side of Brisbane and they would be an hour.I called again, oh sorry, they have done over their log book hours and won't be able to be there until tomorrow morning. 8am drop off.At this stage it was 6pm, I had no furniture and couldn't find a hotel to take me and my pet at short notice. I had to go out and buy a bed, bedding, pillows etc.Thursday morning, 8am - no truck. I called and same story - they needed to contact the truck. No one called me back. I had to call a further 2 time to get told the truck would be coming at 5 that night.The truck arrived 32 hours late.I will never use nor recommend this company!

17 yrs ago when I put my first home in Eight Mile Plains on sale we were so lucky to have Louis Soh as my RE agent that he found a suitable buyer and sold it all in one day! Louis is always honest in dealing with others, and his advices have always been very relevant and educational. What's more, he speak at least 3 lauguages: English, Cantonese and Mandarin, which added an extra edge to his professionalism.Recently when I was doing online research for selling my 2nd home, I found his name - as the principle of Auspro Properties. As you can imagine, this time I got many great ideas from him, and with his help everything went well.
