Encountered an rude staff. She not only did nothing to help me the information I needed but also questioned why do I need Child Care subsidy when my partner is at home without questioning/understanding the situation we were in.

Has to be the best system ever set up by any Government anywhere. There are so many options at the start, and reminders from non entities, and so much general waffle and rubbish that if anyone stayed on the line it would be a miracle. The entire purpose seems to be wear the citizens down and hopefully they'll just give up, nick off and, who knows, die. Make life easier for everyone.

The whole company is an extremely understaffed and poorly run government service. Takes well over an hour to answer the phone, so you go into a store and they are only able to direct you to the phone line. What’s the point of having a physical store if the staff can’t handle all issues directly. Services NSW is a well oiled machine. Services Australia is a disgrace yet that’s where most of our taxes are directed.

Very Big thank you to Kerrie in the Medicare section at Wyong today we needed to enrol our daughter as she has just arrived in the country and Kerrie went above and beyond to get us a number same day now our daughter is enrolled in School thanks heaps Scott and Emmy

If I could give zero stars I would. Came here to hand in a form for a new MEDICARE CARD, waited 45 minutes to be served as at least 6 Centrelink customers were served and left. Disgusting. Why combine Medicare if you can't service customers???

Very slow. Not enough staff. U dont even get a welcoming greeting wen asked for ur crn. Wen my name was finally called the lady didn't know how to work her computer... aparently didnt even have the program on the computer to do wat i needed to do. So i also had to sit n wait at her desk.... very poor service n slow.

Incredibly helpful and delightful service, cannot be thankful enough for thoroughly assisting me and providing with all the extra information!!There was no waiting time during afternoon and the Covid safety regulations were carefully met.

very poor experience overall. had to park 2 blocks away... poor signage when you enter so dont know where to wait or who to see. the lady at the front door was busy so everyone was just wandering in. finally talk to her and no one in medicare to process a claim.. 2.15 pm on a wed afternoon. just crap really. allow plenty of time if you intend to bother going there. i wont be back to that centre. oh yeah a big sign that says not to abuse staff..maybe they wouldnt need a sign like that if there customer service was better...
