Lovely little gem within the shopping centre...lovely styling within. Found a very reasonably priced Kimono to which I'm considering returning for a second as its beautifully made!

I don't know what they have paid these people for their 5 star reviews, but I had a by far different experience. The people behind the counter are rude (with exception of a younger lady). Still bought some items (because they have nice looking things) for Christmas gifts, not realising that I bought accidental a present too much. Being at home realising my mistake, thinking 'No worries, I will return it', only to be told in a rude way that Kindred Boutique & Gifts doesn't accept returns, with the lady pointing at a sign placed next to the register.Yes they are right, after the consumer law retailers don't have to accept returns if items are not damaged or not as advertised. But it's customer care and service which makes nearly all other retailer doing it.Apparently Kindred Boutique & Gifts doesn't care about unwritten customer service and this should make you aware to be 100% sure when you buy something from Kindred Boutique & Gifts that you really need it, because there is no way in hell you can return it.On a side-note, merry Christmas Kindred Boutique & Gifts, may the spirit of kindness and understanding part of your business strategy.
