StayCentral - St Kilda Contemporary Penthouse (Book Direct)

We needed a Melbourne home for eight weeks for work and Stay Central were very helpful and accommodating. We stayed at Tuscany in St Kilda, a lovely quiet complex with a Mediterranean flavour. It had everything we could have wished for - secure underground, free off-street parking, free Wi-Fi, an indoor pool and small gym, large flat-screen TV and two balconies the allowed good air flow through the apartment.There is an air-conditioner, however, we never had to use it as the apartment stayed cool on hot days and moderate on cold days. Walking from the vibrant and busy Fitzroy St into the large Tuscan courtyard was like leaving the outside world behind – once inside the complex we never heard St Kilda. The whole experience was friendly, from the incredibly clear arrival instruction and service from Stay Central, the amiable and amenable cleaning company that came once a week and the lovely neighbours.Outside the building, there are fantastic cafes, bars, gyms, a Woolworths, a huge park, tram stops, a bus station and it’s a quick and easy stroll down Fitzroy St to St Kilda Pier.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. We will certainly be trying for Tuscany when work travels us to Melbourne again next year.

We stayed in Catani 1 in St Kilda when we attended the Australian Grand Prix. The apartment had everything we needed. The location was good, close to restaurants, supermarket and transport. The area is quite and appealing. The St Kilda Markets were not far away. The secure undercover carpark was great, nice and wide with no fear of other car doors hitting our car. Would recommend.

We recently stayed at StayCentral's contemporary penthouse in St Kilda and it is just the perfect space to explore Melbourne. It's location is very convenient and best of all after a long day it has all the modern comforts, luxurious appointments and cosy feel to enjoy the night. The views of Melbourne city from the well maintained balcony are amazing!Couldn't ask for more for a short term visit to Melbourne or even a longer stay for business.

We stayed at Tuscany in St Kilda recently and loved it. We couldn’t believe such a nice, quiet place could exist so close to everything. Super comfortable beds, huge TV with Netflix hookup, aircon that works well, all in a beautiful Tuscan courtyard setting. There’s even an indoor pool and a little gym there if you wanted it. We will be back!!!

I recently stayed at Catani 3 for work-related reasons. The apartment is a short walk to trams and also the beach. Also easy access to Acland Street or Fitzroy Street shops and restaurants (many are currently only doing takeaway or are closed but you can see it would normally be a vibrant place!). The very comfortable king-size bed and good quality sofa added to the enjoyment of my stay. The work desk was also great! I hardly used the kitchen due to the large choice of take away restaurants, cafes (and supermarkets) nearby (St Kilda, Albert Park and Port Melbourne). I look forward to returning when restrictions ease and recommend this listing for both work and leisure purposes.

A comfortable spacious home away from home, styled with all the amenities that you need to make the perfect stay

I stayed in Catani 2 earlier this year. To say the least, my stay was beyond exquisite. It was as if I had stepped into a fairy tale. Every single detail was thought of and taken care of. From the comfortable furniture, the extra blankets, the washing machine and dryer, the free wifi, the secure off street parking- everything you could possible wish for was available. The decor was beautiful, the cosy room offered a quiet space to relax from the busy hustle and bustle from the nearby streets. Service was absolutely wonderful. I can not praise Chris enough for all his help. He was more than accommodating and very attentive which made my stay all the more perfect. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you so much Chris!
