I’ve had a good experience with Pearl Decor over the past few years for the services they have provided us. Perlita has a professional approach and is very creative even when she doesn’t have a lot of details to work with. She uses high quality products and my guests have noticed the difference.I can’t imagine having a party without Pearl Decor being part of our events.I therefore strongly recommend their services.
