Andrew has been my hairdresser for over 14 years and always takes care of my hair. I've tried someone else from another salon and they damaged it, so back to Andrew I went! To deal with the damaged hair i got a keratin treatment and while it cost a small fortune it was the most amazing thing that has ever happened to my hair! My hair is soft and silky and felt so light.The shop does get very busy here so not ideal if you're in a rush, but I love the chat, the atmosphere and the head massage when they wash my hair. Super happy with my hair experience - Henson provided great hair advice, outstanding service and styled my hair amazingly (he took the time and effort to find out that I will be going out at night and styled accordingly). He is very attentive and passionate about his work, would highly recommend.

Been there several times and always got served friendly. Very organised and professional. Patrick has been styling my husband for more than three years, never got issues.

I came in for a wash and blow dry. The staff are polite however something went very wrong. The girl who washes hair did not wash the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair properly. The hairdresser then left me half way through the blow dry and gave the responsibility to finish the job to the intern who washed my hair. I asked for volume and curls and I left with straight heavy hair. One hour later and I have oily straight hair and they made me pay fill price even though the hairdresser left the appointment midway to cut another clients hair. I would recommend not attending this salon, unless they dramatically change the way they handle customers. If you know you can’t finish a job and can see how terrible it has been done, then do not charge the full amount. Very very disappointed.

Following my appointment today I realised that you've been cutting my hair for just over 10 years! I love coming to the salon for a little bit of 'me time' and you always do a fantastic job on my unruly locks, so I thought it was high time I let you know how much I appreciate you being my hairdresser.Thank you Patrick for your greatest skill and service.
