I purchased two Trust Care Rollators (lightweight but robust walkers) for my elderly parents from Patient Handling. These walkers are lightweight yet robust, and sufficiently narrow to easily manoeuvre inside tight spaces. When one of the walkers developed an issue with the handle post, Patient Handling very efficiently offered to freight a new walker as replacement and arranged for the faulty walker to be freighted back to the Sydney office. We are very grateful for this excellent customer service.

Andrew Burke has to be the best customer service operator I have ever dealt with. He has the knowledge of all the products and cannot do enough to help his customers. Andrew helped me out with a purchase and was nothing but courteous, patient and helpful. There was an issue with pick up of my purchase and Andrew had it sorted within an hour with the attitude nothing was a problem. I would recommend this company to anybody wishing to make a purchase and if you are fortunate enough to get Andrew then your experience will be nothing short of perfect. Andrew when contacted on the last days of the shop closing allowed me to view the product before purchasing the item to ensure the right product meets my elderly mother’s needs.I definitely recommend the products and service provided by Andrew and Patient Handling Australia.

My mother and I had an excellent experience in receiving expert advice from a very empathetic staff member (my first contact with Patient Handling), Andrew about the most appropriate wheel chair options for my father's high care needs. We were able to make an appointment that day and visit their show room to see the equipment for ourselves and with Andrew's expert assistance, were able to make the most appropriate choice at a most reasonable price. Andrew placed the wheelchair in the car for us and waited for us to drive away with a wave. We felt very grateful for the customer service experience.As a postscript, the wheel chair is fantastic and my father was very happy to be taken outside to enjoy the beautiful Sydney spring weather. We cannot thank Andrew and the team at Patient Handling enough for their efforts.

Oh Lordy, in all honesty I've never in my life dealt with such an incompetent company. I had been browsing their site and once I noted the freight cost decided to think about making a purchase or not. I left their site only to receive a 'thank you for your order' message and that my invoice had been paid.Thinking I must have accidentally pressed PayPal I just accepted my circumstances. But when the payment never appeared in my bank account I tried to get them to check who had paid the invoice. But nobody would listen to me. I tried twice and was told both times my invoice has been paid. So I decided to leave it be and wait until accounts did their Balance Sheets. Finally that did happen and they contacted me about payment due which I wanted to pay via PayPal because I didn't have faith in their accounts department to keep my visa details secure. However even being able to use PayPal was way more than they could organise for me. I did eventually received a new invoice 3 months later, which I paid via visa for a product I received but did not order. My warning to you is be aware things may not always run smoothly.UPDATE: 1/1/22 Last night I received a call from P H asking for payment of my correct and paid invoice. After spending 3months trying to convince them I hadn't paid the incorrect invoice, looks like I will be spending the next 3months trying to convince them I have paid the latest invoice.RESOLUTION 13/1/22It seems a computer glitch had probably caused the ordering error & staff inexperience may have caused the invoicing error early on. I was told if I had rung rather than e-mailing them problems could have been sorted sooner. They confirmed my payment for the correct invoice had infact been paid. All good now.
