Amazing staff, amazing facilities.They go above and beyond to make you and your child feel comfortable and safe. I never worry about my child falling behind or not having fun and she is always happy when we pull up in the car park .

Both my children attend the centre. I couldn't be more pleased with the high quality care that they receive. The staff are engaged with the children and know exactly where they are in the social and emotional development and how to develop each little person individually.The environments are outstanding and the children have access to indoor and outdoor play continuously. My older daughter loves the creek yard and I love that she can choose to be outside all day including naps if she so chooses.The way they approach the day with the calm transitions helps support the childrens self regulation and I see this being translated at home. My children now know when their body is tierd or hungry and they independently self regulate. This is down to the wonderful curriculum offered at Harmony.

Our daughter has been attending Harmony's nursery room since Feb 2021 and we could not be happier. I feel the educators genuinely care about my child's development and wellbeing, and are always happy to help in any way they can to support this. I honestly have only positive things to say about this centre and think everything there has been excellent so far: facilities, staff, menu, communication, family involvement events, everything. As a staff member of this service I cannot praise enough the endless efforts, passion and love that is put into ensuring high quality practices, environments and engagements are offered to children and families each day. The children have a strong sense of belonging in a centre that is a home away from home, families are welcomed with open arms and staff are valued for all their contributions.

I have been so blessed to work in such a beautiful caring Centre with very passionate staff and some of the most wonderful families I have ever been lucky enough to come across in the child care industry. We certainly do have to best owners who truly believe in the wellbeing of children , families and staff. They give their very best , so we at Harmony Greenslopes are the very best.

The majority of positive reviews on this site are written by the owners family, Head Office management family and Directors family. Negative reviews written by past families also have been removed.This company (Owned by Elixir Management) and associated Services are run poorly and under an owner who has no real knowledge or understanding of Early Childhood.The turnover of staff since the original Director resigned is astounding. Parents are not notified when staff leave or told after the fact.The standard of hygiene is low, bathrooms smell, my child’s water bottle was left at the Service over the weekend and given to her with mould growing in the plastic crevices.The Education Department has visited numerous times due to families and staff complaints. Children and staff ratios are regularly not correct. This is the main reason why I pulled my child out.It is not a safe environment to leave you child. Management does not support staff and the owners are more interested in the bottom line and keeping investors happy.

I am currently employed at Harmony Greenslopes and have been in the industry for close to 10 years and have never experienced such a warm and welcoming service for children, families and educators.The curriculum is under guidance of Dr Deborah Harcourt, providing quality training to educators to ensure a positive, engaging and mindful environments for children to learn and grow.Educators and Management are always going above and beyond for families and children daily.

My son has been attending this centre since it first opened. Contrary to some reviews, the staff transitions have been seamless and children and their families are notified and invited to take any concerns to the director. When anything concerns us or we are seeking more information, we can email, call or speak directly to staff who have always given us their time and supported us in any way they can. We now have my daughter attending the toddler room, and the support given for her transition has been exceptional. We love walking into their rooms and seeing an intentional learning space, not just hundreds of plastic toys haphazardly sprawled on the floor. The teachers take pride in their rooms and take pride for the children in their care. They show their genuine care on all levels. The menu is sent out the week before, and it is a document that needs to be seen to believe. Its healthy, refined sugar free, looks delicious and varies from mexican to thai food, its absolutely astounding! As a return to work mum, the days I leave for work, I know that my children are safe and are in a happy, clean environment with people that genuinely care for them. This makes mum-guilt a little less and that is an absolute win in my eyes! Thank you to all the staff that make Harmony great! My husband and I couldnt be happier.

I would not recommend this daycare at all. My son attended for around 4 months at age 5. He was struggling with dealing with big emotions which I had pointed out upon enrollment. The carers put him in the too hard basket and did not even try to help him to understand. They humiliated him in front of his friends, made him feel like an out cast and made us as parents feel like we were doing something wrong. Horrible experience all around, we couldn't wait to get him out of there and off to somewhere that made him feel part of a great community and not like an outsider. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else somewhere with carers and staff that actually want to help your child learn and feel included and loved.

My son has been attending Harmony Greenslopes since its opening and I've always found the staff to be nurturing, positive and engaging. With prep next year he is well prepared thanks to Harmony. He has always been happy to go and would be excited to tell me how his day was and discuss what new topic he learned from his teachers. Food is also prepared on site by a chef so not having to worry about food is a plus. The centre is always beautifully presented and in pristine condition. I'm actually sad he will be leaving!
