ScottNot sure how you upset Amanda enough to be rude to you. In 6 years she has always been polite, helpful and courteous to me and my staff. Google reviews should be a 2 way thing. You are probably a 1* client if you have upset her enough to be rude to you. You should consider how you talked to her. If she was rude to you then I would be surprised if you didn't deserve it. Every locksmith within a 10km radius uses Homewatch. This small family team cannot do enough for their clients. Their prices and quality of locks beat the big hardware stores hands down.Really sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Just sad that I can't ever know if you deserved it or not.

I booked in some work at about 2 o’clock this afternoon, I was told that there was a locksmith in the area who could do the work. At 4.15 I phoned back to see whether the locksmith was still coming.I had the misfortune of encountering the rudest employee I have ever dealt with, she was completely clueless, unprofessional, short tempered and extremely abusive. She insisted that Fred, (who had not booked the job) did not have anyone to do the job, I asked whether I could speak to him, and her abuse escalated.She told me she was Fred’s Daughter, and it was the law that she could be abusive to customers. She really was a foul mouthed guttersnipe.After that call I got a call from a nice young man, Chris who was the locksmith and he was just about to come to do the job, I cancelled, he did apologise profusely for her rudeness, but honestly I would not do business with a company with such appalling customer service, and I suggest you steer clear of them too.I contacted Loganholme Locksmiths and spoke to a nice, and extremely professionally guy named Heath, and he was $40 cheaper.

Communication could not be better! Very happy with the service provided by this company. Their turnover time to get the job done is also fantastic!
