John went above and beyond when trying to reach a resolution for the problems I was facing with my TV aerial set up. The site was easy to navigate and much better value than Bunnings or Jaycar - true professional service all the way - don’t even bother looking any where - these guys are excellent!

This is the first time I bought a masthead amplifier to replace my 10-year old weather-damaged amp. At first attempt of DIY-installation, I couldn't make it work so I've reached out to John for guidance. He was so very helpful - and even responded after work hours to help guide me to isolate-test the possible issue. John really knows his stuff - and the assistance he provided to me was really an excellent form of customer service. I highly recommend John's business and customer service. The relationship surely doesn't end at selling products (or warranty) - it keeps going until you make it work.

Contacted John regarding my order he said just do a order and send payment. The next day I received notification that my order was on it's way. I can highly recommend John and The Antenna Company for everything to do with antenna or satellite equipment.

I had no idea what I needed before talking and spending quite some time on the phone. I was not rushed, nor pushed, and was shown great patience in helping me find the right solution for my needs. I placed my order, it was made up and dispatched the same day. A lead was made up for me, so I did not have to work out how to do it. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive, though the potions were given, in fact the final recommendation was not top of the range.I have not come across an online purchase as good as this, whilst I don't have the product yet to comment on the quality, the service alone gives me confidence that it will be.Thanks team.
