City4051 CrossFit

I walked into City Crossfit 4 years ago looking for some functional type training that was more than just lifting weights. After doing the introductory 3 lessons I was hooked. It didn't matter how fit you were, every workout was scaleable to your individual ability. The coaches are some of the best athletes/coaches in the country and ensure you are working safely & effectively at all times. The real beauty about this gym is the people in it who will support you on your fitness journey. I can't recommend this gym enough.

As a visitor I was impressed. Nice big space with heaps of equipment and a fun vibe about it. Real friendly staff and head coach, and all the peeps I worked out with were super cool. Highly recommend.

Great crossfit box. Excellent facilities, experienced staff, and friendly crossfiters. The place has great open times when you can't make class. The staff are really good at helping scale or substitute workouts so it doesn't matter about your fitness level, skill, or experience you're always included and get a good workout.

Such a welcoming and friendly environment! Felt right at home as soon as I stepped in the door. Coach Ash was very knowledgeable, supportive and motivating. The other athletes in the class were super friendly too !Great environment and awesome box ! Definitely stepping foot into City4051 next time I’m in Brisbane !

City4051 Crossfit has amazing installations with open spaces and greatquality equipment. Their coaches are highly professional as well as friendly. Overall an excellent service in the 6 months that I've been with them. I couldn't recommend it more. If you want to be part of a great crossfit community this is your place.

The coaches are awesome as well as the members. The only negative about this place is the location. Its part of an indoor sports arena and you're constantly distracted by the other sports that are happening. I prefer a stand alone box and this place would be awesome if it had its own location.

This box is an amazing fun filled CrossFit with awesome coaches!I am a mother of twins and at first I felt daunted by the whole concept of 'CrossFit' and whether or not I would be up for the challenge. I love to keep fit but was worried that maybe it would be too hard for me....well didn't I get that wrong!Everyone from the young to the old are catered for and every level of fitness. It's done in a professional environment where your safety is key and there is always a laugh to be had. After nearly 4 1/2 years and going close to 6 times per week I think I can safely say that I LOVE IT!If you are reading this review you are probably trying to figure out whether this is the box for you, well all I can say, is that you won't be disappointed. Give it a crack!
