Big shout out to Jordan ( plumber ) and the team at National Plumbing. From first contact with the office to completion of the job the guys were friendly , professional and importantly kept in contact every step of the way. Our allocated plumber ( Jordan) was both friendly and highly skilled. He went above and beyond and made sure we understood what he was doing and what needed to be done. Finally I was impressed that the organisation helps kids in Cambodia as a matter of course .Will I be using National Plumbing again ? You bet ! Cheers David

The team were very quick to help, thoroughly professional and provided exceptional service. Jordan in particular was an outstanding individual with great technical knowledge, extremely polite and respectful (plus he brought coffee!). Jordon is a amazing plumber. My garden is leaking for few days. Because of raining , I could not notice leaking problem immediately. Jordan is such a patient and responsible person. He carefully checked every where to find out the leaking point and also fixed my two toilet leaking problems. Even went to Bunnings to get parts to fix and no extra charge. Very gentle and professional plumber. Very luck to have a wonderful person to fix our leaking problem.

We would like to thank Jordan, for the wonderful job he did for us. Spent quite a deal of time to find leak so as to limit the impact on the driveway has leak was under the concrete.Explained everything that needed doing so we where aware of the fault and what would be needed to fix it.He was very professional in ever aspect of the job, and completed the work to a very high standard.Would not have any problem recommending him to anyone needing plumbing work.

We identified a wet spot on our concrete path, & suspected a leak. We contacted National Plumbing who responded very promptly. The concealed leak was identified very quickly by Ben & he explained what needed to be done. Follow up repair was done quickly. Concrete had to be cut but it was done precisely & neatly. Ben stated he will provide a report & how to register the concealed leak with Urban Utilities
