We like to thank all the team at Ingham Toyota for there wonderful services .We were stuck on the side of road with alternator problems on Monday and the van just stop on a very busy Bruce Hwy going to Townsville .We phone RACQ and with in 40 minutes Marty who also works for Ingham Toyota picked us up with Tow truck and taking us back to Ingham kindly drops us off at motel for the nightNext Day we phone Toyota and Kara reception was so helpful got the mechanic to look at van engine first thing .The Boss of Ingham Toyota pick us up from hotel and took us back to workshop at Toyota with was nice . By 11.30 am on Monday we were back in our Work Van on our way .Can’t thank Marty and all the team from Toyota for there wonderful service was very much appreciated by us as we really was stress out over the problem with the van .Thank you to all the team at Ingham ToyotaKind RegardsJohn & Christine RileyManagers for FNQ ,Sportzing court care services ,

Awesome service, very friendly people. I had my check engine light come on at hinchinbrook lookout, drove to them and they squeezed me in within 30 minutes and sorted the problem and I was on my way, legends.

I had the DPF recall issue with my 2016 Toyota Prado. Kara @ Ingham Toyota treated my case as a priority with professionalism and speed. I would like to thank all the team for taking the time to treat my case as special and make me feel like the car was being looked after. It now drives beautifully with no issues. I had the most amazing care and service from all of the team at Ingham Toyota last week. They gave me priority treatment to get me back on the road after I made a major blunder with refuelling.Cara was brilliant with her care and communication and the workshop team were persistent and got me up and running again. The car ran like a dream for the 2500 km journey back home. Thanks guys!

My car's radiator was replaced by Toyota Ingham. A day later I was stuck on the side of the road after all the transmission oil spilled out. The mechanic at CS Motors in Townsville, said the transmission oil pipe burst because it was connected to the new radiator in a bad way - the angle was too strong putting to much pressure on the pipe. The new radiator had a different inlet angle. The pipe should have been replaced with the new radiator to fit correctly.After about 10 days of many phone calls, where they never got back to me on time, they accepted to pay ONLY half of the pipe fix.Human errors can happen, but these guys don't take responsibility and are terrible.stay away.

Had what I thought was an issue with the vehicle I was driving, so I popped in to get it checked out. Turns out it was user error but they helped me out. They were friendly and more than happy to help!!!
