Autofast Muffler Fit

Went to my appointment guy named Simon was very rude . Drove all the way from the city then he said I never discussed about my interlock in the car even though when I came the other week and showed him I had one and then he proceeded to walk away and shut the door even though I said I can get a code from drager interlock to shut of the interlock for couple of hours. Very rude and will not recommended to anyone .

Simon was amazing, super happy to answer questions, really efficient and the catback exhaust on my lancer turned out great, for a really good price.

I would give Simon 0 star rating if possible. Horrible customer service, poor communication, rude and dismissive. We had discussed the issue with our car to Simon and he was welcoming of us to come down and it wasn’t a problem, as we got there he told us that he would not fix it. He completely had dismissed us and rudely told us he is not doing it even prior discussing it wouldn’t be a problem. We had drove over an hour based on him telling us it would not be a problem. He then proceeded to walk off on us after dismissing, did not reschedule or offer any alternative service as he negotiated would be no issue. I recommend not wasting your time as we did.

Had got my car in to get a muffler installed. Simon is very professional quoted good prices and can't complaint with the job. Very happy.Thank you

I went to Simon after leaving an exhaust performance shop in hallam. I was after a quote and they basically couldn't give a price and basically left it at it all depends on how much material I need and how long i take". I have a mechanical mind and operate a business myself and knew I was being shafted.Simon was the complete opposite

Wanted an Aftermarket exhaust fitted, said he wouldn’t do because its not his ‘stuff’. If you want YOUR aftermarket exhaust fitted dont come here. Passive attitude customer service also.

went in for a quote while he was working on a car. he comes out with a massive sigh" and says this is not the best time? for me asking for a quote.lol didn't know i needed to book in for a simple quote.will not be coming back here."

Fantastic work by Simon at Autofast, had my job done very quickly and for a great price, couldn't be happier with the result. Would recommend for anyone wanting a swift and quality job for the price 10/10

I have being a customer with this shopper for while prices was good. Had zero customer services and I knew it. Last time When I was there he shouted at for being few minutes late for my appointment time and went to the office and shut his door. Called day before called and tried to amend booking that could not. Even did not give me another day to come back.Owner/worker have no respect to people at all.Don’t know how to talk to people. Very Un respectfully spoke. Workshop is a hazard zone area metal here and there no reasonable route to go to the office safely.Think few times before you booked on to this place because he is acting we get the work done free.
