The store was large with a huge selection and nicely laid out with beautiful, spacious change rooms. It had so much potential and I recommend it to anyone that wants variety… however, unfortunately the experience was lacking. I told my staff member that it was my first wedding dress shopping experience, what I liked, but also asked her to recommend me styles - given that she would’ve been familiar with many of the dresses and what complimented different body shapes. I invited her opinion and even asked for her help several times but she refused to engage and instead replied with “you get to try 5 dresses on, so go and pick 5” waving to the hundreds of dresses in the room while she left me. It was overwhelming for someone who wasn’t entirely sure what direction I wanted to go in and some help would’ve been appreciated. Furthermore, she didn’t make any attempt to converse with me and my bridesmaids and instead ducked out several times to ask another staff member about her weekend. She asked me nothing about my wedding and at one point, after I asked her for her opinion for the umpteenth time, directed me to a dress because it was “on sale”, despite me not having a budget. I also asked her several times for a particular popular style and she said that there wasn’t anything similar, which I found hard to believe given the range. Sadly, my bridesmaids and I left disappointed in the experience and even if I had found the perfect dress there amongst the rows and rows of racks, I’d be reluctant to buy it from this store on principle.

Super happy with my service, honestly this store has made finding a wedding dress super easy for me. I was looked after by Angela and Bronte, they made me feel like a real life princess!! They picked out a dress that suited me best and knew exactly what would look good on me. 10/10!!! to Angela and Bronte for being so wonderful and welcoming. Loved working with these beautiful ladies on my dream wedding ❤️❤️

Disaster of an experience, horrible. I felt disrespected by the saleswoman from the moment I walked in. I felt lectured to about what I wanted in a dress and even comments about my weight/body/pointing out an area of my body I should try to hide as if I don’t know my own body and how much I want to show. Absolutely no guidance with choosing gowns, just pointed to a rack and told bluntly to choose 5 when I asked specifically for help with styles. The saleswoman talked disparagingly about another bride to us, totally unprofessional! We were mindboggled after having had totally lovely experiences at other stores. It felt as if, from the moment we arrived, they decided I was not going to buy. Even though a “sales pitch” gets a bad reputation in customer service, the opposite is actually so much more uncomfortable. Being treated as a total inconvenience when you’re shopping for such an expensive and exciting and romantic event is just awful. I wanted to cry. I found a gown I absolutely loved but will never return to buy.

So I booked in a bridal suite experience and had the best time , Dina was absolutely beautiful and matched well to my and my bridesmaids craziness. She was very reassuring and boasted my body confidence.. I said yes to my dress.. very affordable

From the moment I walked in I knew that I would find what I was initially looking for in a wedding dress to make special on my big day.No shortage of a variety to choose from there is something for each and everyone's style.Thank you to Sophie and Angela for their assistance from the selection to trying on the dresses to guiding me to find my dress from the moment I tried it on.They both made me feel so comfortable during the fitting.It was the very first place I went to an it did not disappoint me at all.I highly recommend you visit this place in a heartbeat you will not regret it , from the exceptional service to the staff making you feel so comfortable guiding you every step of the way through selection.

This was the first bridal store I went to… and the sales consultant was so pushy! I don’t normally write bad reviews but in this case I wanted to help other brides avoid if they can. Wedding is already a lot to feel pressure from… let alone from the sales consultant to add to that!They pressured me to buy on the spot and acted really annoyed as to why I didn’t buy. I didn’t feel like they were genuinely interested in me or my preferences. Was not a good experience at all

Sandra at fairytale bridal, You are amazing! You went above and beyond when you altered my wedding dress and it ended up flawless! Not a lace or thread out of place! Sandra was there every step of the way with her amazing smile so welcoming every single time she saw me. The amount of times I changed my mind with length of sleeves or little things here and there with the dress was frustrating for friends and family to a point where I even felt bad but her calmness, support and patience through the whole process I honestly can’t thank you enough! You made my dress a dream dress with all the fine details you added to it. Everyone at the wedding loved it and I made sure to recommend you for future wedding dress alterations! Again I can’t thank you enough! And I’ll try come visit to thank you face to face because honestly I’ll never forget the amazing job you did and how much of a princess you made me feel like every-time I wore that dress and visited the store. Dina was amazing.I truly felt she was sharing advice to me, that she would provide to her own daughter. I am so grateful for her time and support through such a big part of my wedding.She also helped me find my dress in my price range when others advised me I would find nothing. There is a huge range of beautiful dresses to suit every budget and style.Thanks again Dina, I truly appreciate you taking care of me!

I had an appointment today with Dina and she provided me with a better, more fun and more fabulous experience than I ever could have asked for! And to top it all off she found my dream dress!This was my first shop to try on dresses, and I told Dina I was anxious about trying on dresses and she completely took all my anxiety away and made it a wonderful and memorable experience! She respected my price range, she was very patient and friendly with me, my mum and my maid of honour, and she had answers to all my annoying little questions and tweaks I wanted to make with the dress. Ultimately we found my perfect fit, and we’re able to swap the colour of an under-tulle and swap the outer tulle to a sparkly one! She also let me try on tiaras and veils to see the full package and had me leave knowing that I’ve purchased everything I need! The place was incredibly clean, the changing/viewing rooms were magnificent and made me feel very extravagant, the dresses were all immaculate, and the staff all made me feel very welcome and made sure I had a fantastic experience, especially Dina! 1,000/10 would recommend!
