Do not expect a delivery more than 1km away from their shop.They need to update their website.. extremely misleading. If you want food from them, ensure you’re ready to pick up. I contacted the shop, accepted the delivery fee + holiday surcharge & a large order. I’m staying 2.7 kms away & my request was declined, reason being were too far away. Given the positive reviews my family thought this would be a great experience for takeaway. disgusting customer service for a small business.

I don't often leave reviews but this recent experience with Karalee Pizza can't go without comment. We ordered two pizza's from this business and when they turned up the pizza's were burnt and cold. I rang the pizza shop and complained about this and was told that it was because the delivery service Door Dash was late. That might explain why the pizza's were cold, but it doesn't wash with why the pizza's were burnt, almost charcoal. We paid $50 for this rubbish. It was appalling & we threw it out. Shame on you for running a business and thinking this is acceptable.

Just sitting with friends for pizza party and ordered 5 pizzas. One of the pizza is well done. Don’t know that’s the thing with pizzas. It’s not eatable at all. Can eat one bite or 2 from one slice, rest is just rubbish. Maybe it was closing time and they were tired. Even the rest of the pizzas were not impressive at all

We are new to the area and have been in 3 times in the last month. They do some great pizzas!I think its important to support local, family run, non-franchise restaurants.Their prices are reasonable and they use fresh, quality tippings.Young crew, they are polite and do a good job. The store looks clean.The only complaint was that our supreme (my old fav) was a tad on the undercooked side tonight. Probably because they were busy, it might have got a push in the oven. It still tasted good and not enough to loose a star.The meatlovers was my favourite tonight.Keep up the good work, we will be back next week.

Had Karalee Pizza on many occasion over the years and have done nothing but recommend to friends and family. After tonight we think it’s time to find a new pizza shop. Pizza base was half the thickness, topping weights have been reduced. Was good while it lasted!!!

Appalling customer service!!!I would not trust them to make my food.!! Nothing authentic about this place. Absolutely a waste of time & money. I do not recommend them to anyone. The worst service I have received from an Italian business in my life. I used to own my own pizza shops, id run the business myself if my managers were this damaging! Do not waste your money here
