price reasonable, very polite. main concern was an apprentice arrive without a senor to properly guide the apprentice on the work. after explaining what is required he proceed to head out to buy the required nut/bolt, however it took him 3hrs to return even though bunnings and other similar store is within 30-45min drive.once the job was complete we was charge additional for the nut/bolt which was $10 on top of the original quoted price, didn't have change and end up giving the young apprentice $20, he didn't have change and end up returning only $3.we don't mind paying for the material for the job but this really make us as a consumer lose confident.2 star for price and manner.

Great family business, nothing was a problem

My fridge is 3 meters away across the kitchen. He talked me through the solution of running the pipe from the roof and hid it through the plaster. No shortcut of leaving the pipe exposed. Absolutely the shows of knowledgeable and professionalism. Tim is surely the guy that should represent his industry. Really appreciate your workmanship man. Highly recommended!

Have always showed up. Have always done the work. Have always been brilliant. We have a heritage listed farm house that has needed a lot of work and this family has been great for finding leaks, installing new plumbing and resurrecting old plumbing.
