Barber clips and cuts

The barber gave me a high fade when I asked for a mid fade. I even showed the barber a photo of what I wanted. The result was not even close to how I wanted it and they charged me the cost of skin fade when I explicitly said I wanted a mid fade. They don’t accept credit cards either.

I would love to give 5 stars if all hairdressers provide same quality in their service but sadly not. My first haircut experience with Allen was great and I was satisfied with the result, so I came again for the second and third time but unfortunately, I got other hairdresser who didn't do the job as good or as friendly. Could be language barrier. The middle aged Asian lady didn't say any words when she combed my mask until it fell off. Also, what I asked for and the result was different. It would be better if the she asked for a picture as example or guidance if she didn't completely understand, rather than just nodded but did it differently at the end. She also charged slightly higher than the price shown on the board without explanation.

First time there and my hair turned out great! I asked for layers & curtain bangs. He also thinned it out for me. I had very long thick black hair that was straight cut & he took his time and was very precise. Will definitely come back again :)

Haircut was fine, except I had one male hairdresser who had bad hygiene of smell strong breath, I almost gagged and felt sick. Can you please make sure your staff have good hygiene before serving customers. Thanks

It was a good experience to have a haircut and a refresh new look after coloring it. This place is absolutely listed as one of my destinations when thinking about having a haircut. Good skill, good service at a good price!!! :)

Alan is the best. My son doesn't want anyone else to cut his hair except him. Alan always advises me whenever I wanna change my hair colour as my hair is thin and falls alot
