Thanks Dr Marina, I had a terrible cough and she could hear that someone wasn’t right over the phone and urged me to come in straight away even when it was the end of the day for her. The treatment got the wheeze down after weeks of coughing within a few days. I am for ever greatful. Thank you for your care in making sure I was looked at on the spot.

After an horrific cartwheel bicycle accident in Sydeny Olympic Park, i was poorly diagnosed at AE with just a broken clavicle and general bruising. ^ After months of near paralysis a serious L1burst fracture of my back was discovered requiring surgical intervention with vertoplasty bone cement repairs.Jordi at MylocalGym in Mortlake has been so knowledgeable and able to prepare and supervise a comprehensive program of exercises and weights which have provided strengthening, flexability, and relief from chronic pain.So lucky for my GP to recommend this professional service which will enable my return to good health and resumption of work.

I called to organise for some Zofran wafers for my Terminally Ill mother. I apologised advising we had run out, only to be told by the receptionist that I needed to be a bit more organised & that we are in a pandemic & that she couldn't organise a teleconference until tomorrow for me. Seriously, she should try working full time from home whilst tending to the needs of a terminally ill mother as well as continue on being mother/wife/grandmother and run a household. Next time, before judging people and telling them that they should be a little more organised, they should maybe take into consideration that the person you are speaking with may be going through a lot in their life and maybe, just maybe try being nice & understanding.

Agree with other reviewer. Doctors ok but reception staff should be trained. They have appalling customer service skills

Dr steiner and his team are exceptional at medplaza. See by our whole family this is aclean pratice, with very good service, everything in one spot with skilled practitoners and acupuncture with jennifer too! .

I have been visiting Medplaza for some time seeing many doctors who have been helpful. The staff however are appalling. I had spoken to Mary today who was rude and argumentative. This practice needs to work on its customer service. Charging $1 for masks for those who have forgotten them. No discretion. This surgery is convenient for me but not worth the lack of empathy and compassion.

The helpdesk is very unprofessionalI've tried to make an appointment with the doctor Jeremy and was told that he was available at 11 am then I came to the clinic and was told that he's not taking any more patients on that is very unprofessional I was should have been told that over the phone never coming back again the doctors are lovely because I recommend to go and see Dr Jeremy cos I've seen him and the medical staff is amazing but that receptionist need to get fired and I can do a better job with customer service in sound like she only had one year very disappointing

Dr Jeremy Nguyen is a fantastic GP who is personal and professional. I come from well out of the area to keep on seeing him. Thank you for everything Jeremy!
