Great local mechanics, really friendly bunch of blokes. From the moment I drove my car up to ask a question I felt like they listened and wanted to help me out to get it running the way it should. I was really happy with the long, labor intensive job they did and the willingness to try and save me money. They communicated to me the whole way through. Excellent work! If you have an car like mine which you love, these guys will treat your car like it’s theirs. Great stuff guys! Well done again! A+

They have taken care of my automotive needs with excellent results and reassurance.A very honest run garage, with an old school manner, and genuine customer care.. And why not support small business .. the big players have to much of the markets - support local small business you can trust and rely on .Most of us have most likely been taken advantage of - especially if like me - minimal knowledge in this area - essential for car owners. I have a classic car and these guys are always attentive to it, eliminate problems and resolve any issues... They wont let me be oblivious to anything that may need to be done in the future... Great prices and don't rip you off and just get the job done (pending waiting for parts!),.They will collect your car and return it if you cant get there also! They have courtesy cars too!Great guys!

Fantastic service. Really friendly and attentive staff. I was able to bring my car in, for a road worthy cert, on the same day I called. Which took a lot of stress away from a very stressful situation I had found myself in. Every other mechanic I have been to have treated me like a “silly woman” but Marcus and his team were very friendly and respectful. Would recommend.

Absolute best mechanics in Melbourne. The staff are friendly and very informative. My car always runs like a dream after they service it and they quote prices in a fair and straight forward manner. Highly recommended and I would never take my car any where else.

They told my daughter that her car needed some major repairs so I decided to obtain a second opinion. We took her car to the dealer who quoted us a third less of their price (not aware of their quote) and that some of the recommendations weren’t necessary.

Very expensive. $230 for service which is ok but then $148 for 8 litres of oil. $35 for a break light bulb!!!. $38 for an air filter. plus a few other things and it cost well over $500. :(

I took my car here for a simple roadworthy certificate. They were suggesting $3k in required repairs and made it pretty difficult. In the end, I took the car elsewhere and got the roadworthy with $300 of repairs. Melrey also told me that my factory window tint was too dark and that the roadworthy wouldn't be issued unless I removed it. I know this is not correct and it would destroy the car. They put the onus on me to contact VicRoads to prove to them that the tint was legal. I had to forfeit the $200 roadworthy fee I paid Melrey and they weren't interested in considering any refund.
