Not sure why there are any negative reviews, the ladies here are wonderful, the dresses are gorgeous and they made me feel comfortable each time I stepped inside the store. I love my dress, I love my alterations (which weren't easy!) and I can't wait to where it on my big day. Thanks guys!

We have had the best experience with Miss Bella Bridal for my daughters Deb dress. We had a very short turnaround, the ladies could not have been more helpful. They made sure the dress fitted perfectly and was comfortable to wear. My daughter felt like a princess on the night, her dress was stunning. Thank you Miss Bella Bridal!

I couldn’t recommend bella bridal any more! They have gone above and beyond for me! After trying on so many different dresses at many different places and getting less than acceptable service, coming to here was a breath of fresh air!Everyone was so kind and considerate, I received help from almost everyone that was working, I had a particular design in mind and they all went out of their way to help with suggestions.Thankyou so much for giving the best service I have ever experienced, I will forever recommend anyone to shop at your store xxx

Leeanne and team were amazing throughout the whole experience. I had been to many bridal shops prior and had some idea what I wanted. They helped me pick the perfect of the rack dress in my budget, which fit perfectly and made me feel like a princess. The dress required minimal alterations, which I found to be a fair price. When I picked up my dress they also steamed my Veil that i had purchased elsewhere for me to ensure it looked perfect on the day. Highly recommend to any bride looking for the perfect dress!!

the ladies were really helpful in finding my dress and getting adjustments made. The seamstress, B, was very helpful. The prices are so affordable and you get value for your money.One critique I had was my dress had never fit me once it was shipped in and it was because I had supposedly put on weight. I didn't feel entirely supported in the journey to getting it to fit me again through alterations and at times was quite stressful.overall i would recommend brides to visit this store.

one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. very rude, disrespectful and talked down to us. never in my life have i ever experienced such poor behaviour from retail staff, do not recommend anyone to come here

I would highly recommend Miss Bella Bridal. They were all welcoming and very helpful. There is a great selection of dresses at a good price range. I had a very good experience from the time I walked into the shop until i got to pick up my wedding dress.

I had an incredible experience at the Brunswick store. I walked in without an appointment and received outstanding service from Julie and Suzi. They were both very welcoming and took the time to help me find my dream dress. After a unpleasant experience at another store the same day I was blown away by their level of care and enthusiasm. I walked in feeling deflated but walked out so excited by my purchase and very excited for my upcoming wedding. Can't thank these ladies enough, and I look forward to visiting again when my dress arrives!

Terrible experience at the Boronia store. The first lady we met was friendly and asked us to start browsing then another lady came to attend to us for the rest of the time and was extremely rude and negative. Felt so uncomfortable and disrespected.
