Tech Korner was engaged by a client of our ours to help with a hardware support matter. the Tech Korner representative was rude to our staff. They threatened to negatively review us when we said what they wanted done was not technically possible. They went ahead anyway, and it failed, as we had told them it would fail.

DISGUSTING COMPANY, DODGY SERVICE, TERRIBLE PROFESSIONALS!AVOID THIS GARBAGE AT ALL COSTS. CHEAP IS OFTEN A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE AT THE ENDI left 3 devices to replace screens and had problem with all 3.- Iphone screen glass was coming out after few weeks (not properly glued)- Ipad 2 cracked in 2 corners even though it had a heavy duty cover the whole time. I complained about the quality of the glass and they said it is normal to for the screen to crack because of the pressure of the cover???????????? And They would not replace it because the warranty doesn’t cover physical damage.- Ipad 3 had glue stain right in the middle of the screen (after the replacement) and I asked them to fix it under the warranty, but the Ipad screen has also had a small crack in the corner “because of the pressure of heavy duty cover” (urrrrggggg) and they said they would not guarantee that the screen could be removed without being additionally cracked. After more than 2 weeks later I went there to collect the ipad and they could not even find it, so they said they would call me when they find it and I never received the call.My husband went there during the week and he finally got it back. They removed the stain but, guess what? The ipad screen had an additional crack (on the other end of the ipad) because “it is impossible to remove a glass, full of glue underneath and already cracked, and not crack it again”.-Before collecting the Ipad, I called them to confirm if it has been repaired and the technician told me about the extra crack without hesitations and after all the arguments of why it cracked, I was trying to explain that the extra crack is their responsibility, he got angry and hang up on me. He was also very aggressive and unprofessional (what could I expect here?)-On top of everything, when I collected the 3 devices the first time, they were all full of glue everywhere (they didn’t even bother cleaning them).-The glasses were so cheap and of poor quality that they had vertical lines all over. Makes me wonder why they cracked so easily without being dropped and with a heavy duty cover at all time.-
