Never ever go in this storeGot a fish tank from there and followed their instruction all of the staff there will say thet they are fish expert you find different staff each time you go and they just want to sell you their products which are way higher price than on the market. I bought all what they asked me to buy and did all what they asked me to do and after 2 month all my fish died. One staff who sold me the fish told me the amount of fish i can put and asked me to get that much but later other said its over crowding. They didnt even let me knw that i get refund if fish die with in 2/3 hrs. Very much worse store for pets.they dont know anything just wnat you to sell product when you go for water testing.

gone in to look at their snakes, all of their waters were empty so i let the staff know before i left and they showed no care whatsoever and not one staff member went to fill them up

Refused to replace dead fish bought (alive) the previous day (one of twelve purchased). Quoted, they were just following protocol". Would not entertain applying any logic or common sense to the situation. Very disappointed mother and son

Staff have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were all absolutely amazing from the day I bought in my rescue pup and even helping with my grief after she had passed.

great service. staff always funny and friendly. staff members shannon and dani make the experience of shopping more enjoyable. plus they are both smoking hot. its a little expansive but what isn't in this day and age!

We went for stuff like fish aquarium and they have less varieties. Otherwise all good

sent my dog here one time to get groomed as his normal groomer was not available. they shaved way too short, very patchy. He’s not the same, not as bubbly or energetic... almost seems traumatised. will never go back. not happy at all.

Amazing staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s a joy to spend my money here. Some good bird products in store.They literally knew stock levels off the top of their head without looking it up, and on the rare occasion they are out of stock, they have been very helpful in looking up restock times and alternate purchase options (like ordering from their web store). All with a kind and engaging nature.It’s not a one off, they are consistently good over a long timeframe.
